Kristin is the BEST server in this place period! It was a much better experience! I know there is new kitchen staff and it's going to be an adjustment period... do take note of this. She handled the food situation like the boss she is! Super friendly and connected- I think a lot of people take that approach for granted and they shouldn’t! But she really made it an enjoyable experience!!! Thanks doll!
From entrance to exit probably the best service all the way around. The food is amazing I would also recommend this for the vegans out there as well. Excellent Excellent Excellent! This is a well oiled machine! 1000% recommend eating here. Great for a date night
I left this review two months ago. The owner's response was to leave a review on their website. I did so, and never received a response. Terrible customer service! I was very disappointed in the experience at PF Chang's. The service was very poor - a manager noticed me after I sat for quite a few minutes and finally took my order. The food was not very good, either. I got some dumplings, which were just okay, and a lunch bowl which was not very good at all. Finally, the prices are very high. For a very nice, very good meal, I have no issues spending money; however, for the quality and quantity of food I received, I was disappointed. I will not be back.
We were seated right away on a Saturday night around 5pm. We ordered sweet and sour chicken along with sesame chicken and upgraded the white rice to fried rice. We also ordered veggie lo mein. All the vegetables that were in each dish were very fresh and crisp. Everything was very flavorful. Service was quick and attentive. Would highly recommend. *Should be noted, they have a drink menu you can have in hand but you scan a QR code for the food menu.*
Ate dinner here last Thursday with my daughter, we had crispy green beans, I had the Mongolian Beef and my daughter had the lo mein with chicken, our server, Shane was amazing! He brought my daughter a little bowl of fruit while we were waiting for our appetizer after he let us know the kitchen was a little busy, he was very knowledgeable about the menu, we also had the banana spring rolls for dessert! Everything was delicious! And I will definitely be coming back again!
The food was fine. Everything tasted good. However, my portion of Chang's Spicy Chicken was much smaller than my wife's Sesame Chicken, yet cost more. Luckily, the service has improved, as that was the reason it had been seven years since our last visit. We weren't sure we'd ever return. Also, turn down the music; it's a restaurant, not a nightclub.
Check out the pics. My dog wouldn't eat it! Chicken had some sort of mush over it and the beef was cold and overcooked. $70 on some bad food cake was a 10. Had to order somewhere else. No joke, I put it down for my dog and he took one sniff and said no!Food: 1/5
Brian is superior! Best server I have ever had. Makes your dining an experience. Please ask for him & have a blessed meal with Brian as we just had. Take time to enjoy the finer things in life. Food is important and so is good service. Thank you Brian & we will see you soon.
Ethan is a GREAT AMAZING server. I mean he checked on us every 5 minutes or so and he even gave us everything we asked for. He was so excited and happy and overall gave the best positive vibes. He even helped pack our food in boxes! AMAZING SERVICE. The food was great I never had any food like it and the atmosphere was positive and comfortable! I would definitely recommend going and getting food here.
Savannah and Bruno were some of the most helpful restaurant staff I have ever experienced. They went above and beyond in making sure my wife's food allergies were met and we're even willing to work off-menu to prepare something that works. AMAZING SERVICEFood: 5/5
