The place was empty and the hostess didn't greet us just looked at us like we were idiots. Coffee was old and bitter. Waiter didn't smile or ask if we needed refills. Calamari was way too salty I know it says salt and pepper but it was a bit too much. main dish was the surf and turf. Lobster was overcooked the rest was decent.will not be leaving a tip or returning. I was here Sunday November 27th at 1230

Best thing to order here is the lettuce wraps - and it's a great place to go if you're gluten free or have a gluten free pal...they have an extensive menu with lots of gluten-free items. It's usually quite busy and sometimes loud on the weekends, but I've always had a great experience in both food and service...although it can get a little dark in here at night.

Pad Thai with shrimp was great. Service was also good for our table of 6. Also surprisingly quiet which was nice so we could have a decent chat with our meals.

Love the food and drinks. Our favorite is the hot & sour soup, crisp green beans and dumplings. The service at the bar is always spot on. Can't wait to go again.

I grew up in NY with plenty of good Chinese restaurants in easy reach and plenty bad ad well. PF Changs is never bad and often quite good. The dali chicken is excellent if you like spicy and most dishes avoid gloppy sauces thickened with lots of corn starch and the other thing you can count on is high quality ingredients. This is the Starbucks of Chinese food...consistent high quality but there may be local spots that are a better if you are lucky enough to be in a major city.

Pure swill. Had 3 take- out dishes for $44 that were inedible. Mongolian beef was greasy thin pieces of steak cooked in a disgusting sauce with very little vegetables. Shrimp dish was the same greasy mess. Go to Blue Karma in Danvers for beautifully presented and delicious Chinese food.

Lettuce wraps were amazing, also had the spicy chicken, tuna tartare and vegetable rice which was also amazing. Service was great, highly recommend.

I'd give zero star if could! Chicken under cooked and my husband found a thick corse black hair in his food! Discusting that's all I could say! Never ever again...

Excellent service, sushi was fresh. Nice atmosphere. I am very impressed.

2nd time here. Excellent service and delicious food. Best pf changs in Boston area.
