P O Shoe Repair

I called to price a shoe cap repair and was given one price. When l arrived with my shoe for service the price had increased.

I took my $250 Women's Timberland knee-high boots to this location on February 9th of this year for heel repairs & I was told that my boots would be ready the following Wednesday, February 16th but when I arrived there on Friday, February 18th ~ not only were my boots not ready but the owner took nearly 10 minutes to locate them. He told me it would be another week or two to finish the repairs. I asked the owner to give me a call when they're ready & I left. I have called repeatedly and have been given the run around about my property. I contacted this business again today to check the status of my boots & the owner proceeded to tell me "They been ready long time" to which I responded "How could I have known that they were ready IF you didn't bother to contact me?" DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! The owner is unprofessional and lacks even some basic level of Customer Service. The community around him supports his business yet he lacks the basic ability to give his supporters the same level of courtesy.

Had a zipper replaced at this place, or at least I thought it was replaced. After 3 weeks the zipper failed again and noticed that it was never replaced, they just repaired it. I went back and the repair man was extremely rude and told me that I don't know how to work a zipper ! and that he can repair it, but I'd have to pay again. Never had such poor customer service. He literally started arguing with me! Unbelievable

This guy is definitely different. His skills are top notch though....

I would give “No Stars” if possible. Customer Service is definitely a lack for this “gentleman”. There is a lot of options in the area and I would recommend that you search before knock his door.

Vasily is a knowledgable and busy shoe repair man. He is from eastern Eroupe, so what some consider rudeness, is just his straight forward nature combined with his decent, but limited ability to speak English. Don't come to him before you attempt to do any diy stuff on your purse or shoes and I am confindent he will be able to sort your situation out for the best possible outcome.

I come here for all my shoes repair needs. The owner guy is foreign and can be intimidating sometimes probably due to language and cultural barrier, but he is a nice person and does know what he is doing.
