Oh my gosh, what a perfect example of unqualified people trying their best to deter you from buying shoes. A buy one pair get second pair half price,"so if you buy ,like this pair you have to buy another pair but not the same pair just another kind that's different but the same, ok"...WHAT!! ..and forget about trying to use a gift card, it is beyond their capabilities. I did end up buying a pair of shoes,just one pair. Train your people. You are losing so much money with the current staff you have. To spend 90.00 and barely get a thanks is unacceptable. Sad, so sad.
The young woman who helped my wife and I get a pair of shoes was absolutely amazing. I wish more than I can say that I could remember her name, so she could get the recognition and praise she deserves. Also, the young man on check out is wonderful as well. They both deserve recognition and praise from management <
Love this place. Come here all the time and they always have the awesome deal of buy one &, get second pair 50% off which I also love.
Best deals I've found in a long time
The store was a mess, but that wasn't the issue, there's no prices on 75% of the shoes. Ended up not getting shoes cause I didn't want to keep going to the front to ask how much something was.
My grandson needed shoes and Deborah came on over and helped us find exactly what he needed and wanted. I'm an older woman and I didn't wanna be walking back and forth so she said just to have a seat on the bench and she brought everything over to us. After that she took the shoes up with us to the register and handed them to Ron and he rang us up quick and easy. It was truly a pleasurable experience and they made it easy to get it done. I'll be back. Thank you.
I brought steel toe work boots from here in August and now the soles are coming apart less than four months into buying them. I have brought boots from other places and had them last over year, this is the first and last time, I will be buying any shoe products from this store
A very rude workers start to help me and I asked him a question they walked off and start helping somebody else I was trying to stay in character and be respectful I mean they still got attitude and didn't want to help me because I was asking a question about some shoes I recommend no one to go there and when you ask for a manager they have peons that don't know anything working as a manager
They had a good selection of shoes and were very helpful in finding what I needed and wanted. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The entire day on a Monday during normal hours. Very unfortunate.
