My father passed away just over a year ago. Eric was so kind and helpful as I tried through tears to make arrangements. He took care of everything tenderly, and with great care.
My father passed away unexpectedly and our family was in shock. Eric, can’t say enough about his caring personality, not to mention his good humor, was One of the nicest people I met during the funeral process for my father. He made sure we understood our options at every turn. When we had a problem with one vendor in particular, he guided us through the solution. The service was wonderful and painful at the same time. Eric and his group met every expectation I had. I live out of state. I put a lot of responsibility on Eric. He personally made the service for my father effortless. And, Unlike the other poster, Eric was professional and personable. ....but I treated Eric the same way I would have wanted to be treated. Thank you Eric. My brothers and I are thankful for the everlasting memories. Cheers!!!
My experience was wonderful in every way under the circumstances. My husband passed away. The kindness, emotional support, and assistance Eric showed me in helping me through this tough time was above and beyond. I felt I got a very fair price and Eric was up front and honest. So grateful for Eric and his staff.
My grandmother and stepmom passed away within 9 months of each other. It was a very difficult time for my family, and Eric and the team were incredible. They worked hard to make sure my entire family was supported. They took care of everything seamlessly, and even let us stay late without asking any questions after the wakes. Highly recommend this professional and caring team.
I felt like it was truly a family experience and we felt at home with the staff. Nicely decorated, pleasant environment with greenery, and comfortable atmosphere. All of our family and friends were able to gather, and the staff stayed late for us. We appreciate that they only do one funeral at a time, so you are not crowded or rushed by other services. Highly recommend Pable-Evertz.
Our mother passed away this June. Our family has used them before and they were wonderful. Pable- Evertz was extremely accommodating and very helpful. They were very professional and empathic throughout the whole process. Everything ran very smoothly and we would highly recommend them.
My wife passed away 07/17/2017 my wife wanted a simple creamation not knowing what a cremation would cost we researched the average amount so we had an idea. I could see quickly once we advised of the cremation they new it was not going to be a 20,000. Funeral.my daughter and I watched him fill out the contract he handed it to me this contract was three times what we expected. As he could see we were very taken back by the price he then proceeded to ask about my wife who was employed by a local doctor and stated he knew of here as he had contacted this doctor in the past I guess to inquire about the cause of death for various reasons since he knew my wife just because she answered the phone he deducted 500.00 from the price .he made me feel like I was buying a used car. But here is worst!!!!! He could see we were still amazed at the price he than had the nerve to ask do you want to take her body and shop around he than dropped the price by another 600.00 and asked we pay cash!!! We paid cash my daughter picked up the ashes as I was afraid to go my temper would have put me in jail and he would be in the hospital. This funeral home is horrible I know it is a business but this is horrible. I'm now faced with a large list of things to get my life in order,however on my list is to pay him a visit to express my feelings I hope my common sense is in check when I pay this visit. Thanks for reading. Please stay away from this funeral home.
