Whole process of creating the trust was very simple. Thanks to Frank and his team. Frank simplified the process to a great extent by visiting our home for both initial assessment and for signing the final paperwork. He followed up on timely manner to make sure we fund the trust and take all necessary actions after the trust was created. Overall, it was a pleasure working with Frank and our experience was excellent. I would recommend Frank to anyone who is planning to create a trust and would like to keep the entire process simple.
I made the decision to have a trust created. I knew a little about the process, but not much. I shopped around and after looking at all the options, I decided to go with Pacific Coast Trust. Frank K. met me on two occasions including one time at my place of work. This saved me a lot of time and was very helpful. Frank is very knowledgeable and the results turned out exactly like I requested. All deadlines were met. I have recommended Pacific Coast Trust to several of my coworkers.
Frank made establishing a living trust both fun and understandable! Like a lot of people, I have attended a few seminars on estate planning and knew it was something I really needed to do, but just kept putting it off. Frank explained the whole process in terms I could understand and made it very easy to get the job done. I have referred him to all my other 'procrastinating' family members and friends. I highly recommended him to all my clients since I work for Comerica Bank.
My father wanted something to do with a trust and i had no idea where to go, so I just googled trust lawyer and Pacific Coast Trust came up. I called Frank, gave him scant to little information, but did forward him on some paperwork that my father had sent me. Frank said that it would take a few days and everything would be ready to go. Very professional, very clean, very quick. Not a problem at all. Love this guy!
Thinking about my mortality isn't my favorite past time, but having seen firsthand what happens when you're not prepared, got me very motivated. Frank came highly recommended from a co-worker, and not only did a terrific job for me, but at an extremely fair price. I checked out a couple attorneys, but found them very expensive and hard to work with. Frank got the job done for me quickly, easily, and I couldn't be happier. NOW, I can rest in peace... just not for a while I hope!
I just finished signing my trust documents with Frank Kallmeyer. He was very professional, explained everything to me and made me feel very confident in my decisions. I am now confident that my heirs will have no difficulty in carrying out my wishes. I would recommend this company.
Five stars truly isn't enough, this one goes up to 11. Mr. Kallmeyer went above and beyond for my family. To say that my mother-in-law left her estate planning to the last minute is an understatement. We called Pacific Coast Trust because I saw on their website that they did in home consultation. Mr. Kallmeyer came to my mother-in-law's death bed in the hospital so we could fill out the initial paperwork for her estate. He was able to deliver the final paperwork, again to her deathbed in the hospital, for her to sign in less time than the week and a half that he said he could promise which was all that enabled her to get her affairs in order before she died. Mr. Kallmeyer is the fourth estate lawyer that my family has used over the years and members and even with the rush fees he was the cheapest, quickest, and most importantly most affable. I can't recommend this business enough. He made a terribly difficult time that inch easier and no rating can cover that.
