Shopping at Pacific Lifestyle is a great, low pressure affair. We went in a few months a go to scope them out and once we got our tax return we decided to go back. Kevin was super helpful and informative and we got exactly what we wanted quickly. Love that they can customize the seating to be 4 inches less/more deep as my wife is on the short side. They build the furniture locally and the materials are sustainable. Really looking forward to sitting on our new couch.
There are a lot of details to share about my experience here. The bottom line though, is that I ordered furniture 6 months ago, it has not arrived, and they refuse to give me a refund. I'm out $3,600 and have nothing to show for it. They want me to cancel the order by disputing it through my credit card company, but the order is too old to simply dispute it. Also, I shouldn't be the one having to jump through hoops to get my money back. Their big concern is that they will be out the money against the manufacturer. They'd much rather me be out the money. I really don't recommend giving this business your money while manufacturer and supply issues due to COVID still exist. It's going to be YOUR problem, not theirs. I'd be more than glad to delete this review if they can make things right.
Great customer service here. Nicely set up amd store is nice. Low rating due to current scam going on. They've got a everything must go store closing thing going on. They've got a bunch of items claiming they were super high now a bit lower. Let me give you an example. They've got a standard 3 piece sectional couch that's completely standard not regular claiming it was $7,000. Then lowered to $5,000 then 30% discount due to store closing is $3,000. The sectional isn't leather. So I go online and type 3 piece sectional and find several of the same brand for $1,400 to $2,000. The exact couch, the exact brand. They had a lot of traffic but absolutely scam. They had $3,000 chairs $1,000 firepit at any rate you could simply search. Last thing, none of the stuff was actually there. It's all in a warehouse. Unequivocally nonsense sales tactic that you're use to seeing at car dealerships.
Agree with another post on here. We had been looking for a TV stand and coffee table. Found one we liked here and we ordered it. They said it would be 6-8 weeks and it has now been almost 8 months while not $3600 like the other post, we were told that we would have to contact the owner and of course we have multiple time and surprise he/she won’t even bother to call us back. I really advise not shopping here. If they give you something you can go home with that day then it is what it is, but if it needs to be ordered, beware they love to take your money and run.
I purchased a loveseat in February, initially given a 3-5 week delivery expectation. It has now been over four months with no couch and only information that turned out to be inaccurate. After reaching out numerous times over months, we were finally informed yesterday afternoon that they are going out of business and the supplier will not honor current orders. We sold our previous couch based on their baseless delivery promises our fault for believing them and had been on camp chairs for over a month. We were told as recently as one week ago that it arrived in the warehouse and is being delivered very soon. PLF told us that we need to dispute the charge with the credit card company since they cannot issue refunds. Within two hours of finding this out, we had a new loveseat with almost the exact same spec in our vehicle and on the way to our place. I would recommend Furniture Shack on NE Airport Way. The delay between purchase and fulfillment was roughly 10 minutes and we picked it up 50 feet from the register. Superior customer service and they know exactly what they have in stock. If you are still waiting on a delivery, call PLF, press option 2, ignore option 1, hold for a design consultant, then ask to speak to Gary for an update.
Ordered in March, and in July when the delivery was supposed to happen was told they are going out business but can't issue a refund - that we had to call our credit card and dispute the charges. So now they're holding thousands of our dollars while it goes through the process and we still have no living room furniture.
The worst experience ever! Be cautious shopping at Pacific Lifestyle Furniture! You get charged for the merchandise immediately with the delivery date of 3-6 weeks and after 8 weeks when you contact the store, they will tell you that it might take another 4 weeks or more unknown and you can not even cancel the order! There is no time for the delivery and the store has no responsibility. Be cautious shopping at `Pacific Lifestyle Furniture`! It is May 17 after 12 weeks and still no update. The worst customer service and the worst experience! Final resolution; disputed the money. Interestingly, I could find the exact orders online from other sellers and bought them.
We got our couches and dining room table set for a decent price. Quality is really good. Staff was super friendly.
Our first experience buying a sectional couch in 2020 was positive all around We returned in September 2021 to shop for a recliner chair. We purchased a special order chair that was to be delivered by December 2021. Communication about the delivery of the chair was poor, if nonexistent. Lots of reasons given. They don’t answer the phone and they don’t answer emails. The chair never came and there were no solid answers as to why. We were offered the option of a refund or a replacement chair. We took the refund. Poor customer service.
Had the best experience here with our salesperson, Allison! This place has a great selection of furniture that can be customized with your particular fabric of choice lots to choose from. More than that, Allison made our shopping experience so enjoyable and easy. It’s not just about finding the perfect furniture. Your furniture buying experience matters too. Really recommend this place and Allison!
