I don't understand how this store successfully operated during the pandemic and were able to fulfill the 2 hour pick up order within the 2 hours and now it's taking them over 24 hours. I had to wait almost 7 hours for 1 item. I called 4 hours after it should have been ready and was told by a nice gentleman that they are running 4 hours behind and it should be ready any time now. Another 3 hours later I get notified my order is ready. I get there only to realize it's the 1 item I had forgotten to add and not my entire order. I tell the nice woman who brought my 1 item and she tells me they are actually 24 hours behind and there are 3 orders ahead of mine and it likely wouldn't get fulfilled today because their staff is off at 830. I canceled my other order and had to go inside. I have a disability and this is why I order pickup. When I walked in there were 3 employees standing around chatting while one of them folded clothes... if they have employees who have time to chat, they can probably pull them to pull online orders. I don't shop here often due to high prices but will shop here occasionally. I won't be coming to this location any longer.
Dirty. Disorganized. And whoever designed the "modern" layout of this store should be fired. It's hard to find anything you're looking for and the layout is frustrating and confusing.
Clean and well organized. Plenty of employees every where if you need one. I didn't need one so I'm not sure if they are helpful. The main reason I went in was for a few school spiral note books. They only had 2 left in the whole place. Being school started about 10 days ago, I get it.
I always have a decent time shopping at a Target store. The employees are friendly, the stores clean and tidy. However, this is the first time I have ordered a "store pickup" over the web. The "2 hour" wait turned into more than 26 hours. Fortunately there was nothing critical like perscriptions or toilet paper, but it was a slightly stressful waste of my time.
"2 hour pickup" order was placed and I went to the store 3 hours after ordering to get it. I was promptly informed they were at a 24 hour turn around time for pick up orders. Turn off online ordering and get caught up or change the wording to reflect the actual service. Stop taking people's money under deceptive practices. Target has been spiraling downhill for years. I'm officially done with them.
Pretty good store, usually has anything I need to buy the crowds are crazy tho.
I had an issue with my drive up order three times in the last month. Apparently there was some kind of issue with their fulfillment time they advertise when you place an order vs what the store is capable of. Long story short, I was passed from the store to guest relations. Neither had answers on how to figure out what was going on and both told me to talk to the other. I emailed corporate summing up “Where is the communication here?” I understand everywhere is a mess employee wise etc but not being told my order wasn’t being fulfilled when their app said it would is not ok. Just tell me “It’ll take x hours” so I know how to plan around my order. I got a call from a really nice woman at corporate. She told me what was happening so I can submit my orders knowing what the wait time would be like. She was really apologetic and kind and talked to the store to put things in place so the communication between what the store can do and what the app says is clearer. It takes a lot of effort to call around to take a customer concern this seriously and will continue to use Target in the future.
Do not advertise curbside pickup ready within 2 hours or less, and 2 and a half hours later not even have started filling a simple 3 item envelope order. My husband went it to try and complete the order no one bothered to touch and they proceeded to say they could not fill it even when he WENT and got the items himself. What the hell is wrong with the staff here? Made it a huge ordeal and issue and when he went to get the items there were 2 associates standing around doing NOTHING. He went to pay for them after I already did on the app,and was followed by 4 team members. This is absolutely the worst most unprofessional Target I have ever dealt with and the management team should be ashamed of the service being this terrible. How hard is it to fix bad service when you are clearly in the wrong? 3 packs of shipping envelopes should not have been an issue! You best believe I am contacting everyone I can at corporate.
I don't know what happened to this Target, must be a MAJOR employee shortage. It used to be decent, but it's awful now. None of the clothes were in the right places, they were all falling off the hangers like a tornado went through. Couldn't find anything in the mess. Sometimes it takes them multiple days to fulfill a pick-up order.
Online pickup orders are taking a very long time!! I've given the benefit of doubt first couple of times, but this has been my experience for at least the last month I've tried to order for pickup. Oders took 6+hrs and even overnight and well into the next day when ordered in the afternoon. I placed an order today at 240pm. It's now after 5 and when I looked at my app it said my order was placed at 436pm. I've left feedback on the app as well as had to cancel orders that were taking too long. I'll be purchasing my items elsewhere.
