By far the best nail salon experience that I have had in the Rochester area and I’ve lived here for decades.  Everyone was so welcoming and although our visit was a special treat, our fabulous experience makes me want to make it a regular occurrence.  Thank you Service:&nbsp;Gel manicures

Went for a pedi with friends and had a great time. The atmosphere is perfect, and Jada was great. I'll definitely be back

Super clean and the staff are always so friendly. My only complaint is that it can be difficult to get an appointment unless you book several weeks in advance, that's just because they're so awesome!

Great place to practice self-care. Relaxing atmosphere and technicians who know their business.

**A 2nd update! Went today and finally got our pedicures.  1st, the space is gorgeous! So inviting, relaxing, and totally gives those perfect “treat yourself girls day” vibes.  2nd, Angie the owner was just as kind in person as she was on the phone. Throughout our service she came by multiple times to check in on us along with other customers.  3rd, the ladies who did our pedicures were kind and attentive. They paid attention to every single detail and made sure over and over we were happy with nail shape, color, etc.  It took 3 tries to get in, but we will be back. Thank you Angie for the amazing service and putting in the effort to show what an amazing business you are running.  1st update- I received a call from the owner, Angie, who was very kind. She has offered to remedy the situation. Will follow back up after our newly rescheduled trip!  Original Review- Well, zero stars isn’t an option.  My girlfriend and I made an appointment for pedicures. The morning of we were called and asked to reschedule. We did. Then an hour before our rescheduled appointment we received a phone call that our appointments were again canceled. When I called and explained that this was the second time this happened, I was pretty much told “sorry, but there is nothing we can do for you besides rescheduling your appointment.”  This is unacceptable business practices and they clearly don’t value their customers’ time or money.  Take your business somewhere else!

I went here to get a gel manicure and the process was long. it took over an hour and a half just for gel polish and chrome. I asked for baby pink, and then for them to put chrome overtop. They put baby pink under my nails, and then covered my whole nails to where you couldn't see the pink, and it was all just sparkly chrome. I got them done on Thursday, and they all started to chip, and all of my natural nails broke today. Overall the girl I had was nice, but the service was bad.Service:&nbsp;Gel manicures

Disappointed in the quality of the gel service I received. I don't like close by, so coming in for a repair is not an option. Less than 24 hours from the time of service, I was putting on a necklace and via the "clip", the gel on my thumb nail completely came off. Very disappointed, as this is one of the more expensive nail services I've had.. and quickest break.  Will not be coming back, and personally wouldn't recommend. Really sad because the atmosphere IS charming/cute like everyone says... but unfortunately wouldn't want to pay a premium to only have the nails break off so quickly.Service:&nbsp;Gel manicures

I made an appointment over a month ago. I was called 2 weeks later and asked to change my appointment to accommodate a group. I agreed. Then I was called the day before my appointment and asked to reschedule my appointment AGAIN. I was offered two options that were hours later than my originally scheduled appointment. I told the representative that those times would not work. I was not offered any other potential times.

So nice and cheerful. Perfect for parties. My nails are soooooo nice! Thank you so much they are very pretty! I highly reccomend this place to anyone and everyone!!!! Please come here. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!
