We will then craft a strategic 30 day marketing plan employing a wide variety of media in order to expose your home to the most buyers possible. I will work with you in getting your property in the best possible condition for sale and provide you with your own "Home Services Coordinator" to assist with obtaining any needed services. I will supply you with my weekly Homeowners Report which will keep you informed of marketing feedback as well as new competitive listings entering the market. I will negotiate on your behalf to get you the very best deal and share with you proven strategies for winning negotiations.
