Always a pleasure to DJ at this amazing venue - great staff, state of the art sound + lighting with knowledgeable AV support, and amazing food. One of the best wedding ceremony spaces with the lake as the backdrop.

One of the great venues by the Lake Ontario Downtown toronto! I shot so many weddings here and I love it!

The venue is beautiful! The view of the lake is free and breathe taking! The braised rib and signature drink was delicious along with the appetizers. The staff gave great service. The downfall is that the rocky parking lot is across the street and the hen meal was dry and tasteless. Maybe it was a chicken bad-day.

Having our wedding at Palais Royale was the best decision. From the moment we reached out to enquire, Chantelle was so informative, responsive and really trying to make things work for us from the very beginning. At our tasting we knew we made the right choice as the food and service was so good - and this was the same on our wedding day. Such a great experience attending Palais Royale for the Dean Z Elvis event! I would like to personally thank Mary Lou and management for the incredible customer service while accommodating myself and my aunt! Would definitely attend again and hope to see everyone next year. Very appreciative of the quality service! The view on the lake was incredible and the outdoor patio was perfect for intermission. Thanks!

We had our wedding at Palais Royale’s patio on August 21,2020. It was a beautiful location and placed a setting for our intimate wedding. Rebecca was our point of contact and she was so helpful and attentive to ensure we were on top of everything leading up to the wedding. To provide some colour, we changed our venue a month before our wedding due to COVID. Rebecca communicated with management on what we wanted to do and she worked well with us and our wedding planner specially when we asked for specific things to happen. She managed to get approval for a lot of things to what we envisioned our wedding to be. Aside from having a great point of contact, food was incredible and we only received positive feedback from our guest. Chef Jowow no sure if this is the correct spelling of his name listened to all our feedback during tasting and executed changes we requested on the day of our wedding. Food was flawless to say the least. As for audio, we had our family friend play the violin and we received praised from their long time AV person. He was able to help our family friend when all their equipment failed. We were so happy how everything turned out. Also, all our vendors praised Palais Royale’s AV system and the man behind it all. Staff were also incredible, Antonio, made sure everyone was taken care of throughout the night and all worked so seamlessly. All in all, Palais Royale is an incredible venue ran by wonderful people who are professional, passionate, and experienced. We can’t wait to come back here and celebrate other milestones

Attend a wedding banquet, nice view by the lake, good service, food is average

We had our wedding here and can't say enough about Palais Royale! First of all, the team here led by Christy is unbelievable. Christy goes above and beyond preparing things for the day of and cares so much about the wedding as if it were her own. The staff on the day of the wedding were all such amazing hosts and true professionals. The food was incredible, and to top it all off the views from the venue are second to none in the city. Palais Royale is such a beautiful venue on its own, but it's Christy and her team that really push this venue over the top as the best. Our guests keep complimenting the venue, staff and food! We're so glad we had our wedding here and couldn't think of anywhere else we'd recommend to anyone for a their wedding or event! THANK YOU Palais Team!

Choosing to have our wedding at Palais Royale was one of the best decisions we have ever made. My husband and I were one of many unfortunate couples that was affected by the COVID lockdown as we had booked our wedding for July 2020. We are so grateful to have booked with Palais Royale as they are a wonderful venue with an amazing team. We were so happy to have had Chantelle as our wedding coordinator as she was our shinning light through this whole process. She stood by us as when we had to rebook our wedding date twice. Her insight and advice was extremely helpful as this pandemic was so unpredictable. She was so knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. She is so very connected in the industry and she was able to fulfill any requests we inquired about and more. We also had Chantelle as our day of coordinator for our wedding and because of her the day was absolutely perfect. She went above and beyond to ensure our day ran smoothly and was timed accordingly. She has such an eye for detail and set up everything beyond our expectations. It was such a pleasure to work with Chantelle, not only is she is extremely talented at her job she is also very patient and kind. Even our guests noticed as we received so many compliments on how attentive and amazing she was. Palais Royale has a great atmosphere, the venue is absolutely stunning and we fell in love with the lakeside patio and elegant ballroom. Having our ceremony outside on the water front patio was such a dream come true for us. Our first dance in the ballroom was so romantic as the bistro lighting and starry lights really elevated the moment. The food was divine, everything was cooked and plated perfectly. We are still getting so many compliments on just how amazing it was. We really appreciate the hard work and dedication from the chefs, bartenders and servers as they did everything to make our night so special. The entire team exceeded all of our expectations. We also wanted to mention that the owners of Palais Royale are absolutely amazing. They were so kind and understanding especially through the hardships of COVID. We really appreciate everything they did to help us with our wedding. We are beyond happy with how our wedding went and it was truly worth the wait. Our Wedding Venue- wouldn't have changed a THING! Best decision we made was choosing Palais Royale as our venue, and getting Chantelle as our day-of coordinator. She went above and beyond to make our day PERFECT and helped us through what could've been an extremely stressful time we delayed one year due to the pandemic. Instead of it being stressful or challenging, she made it easy and fun. The whole staff are the nicest people you'll ever meet, and our guests had an incredible experience. Food is absolutely delicious. Service is unbeatable. Price is fair. Ballroom is stunning, the patio where we had our ceremony overlooking the water is breathtaking. On the actual day, Chantelle was so helpful and always appeared before or just as we needed her to answer a question, fix something, grab something or just reassure us that we are on track and everything is flowing smoothly! This venue checked ALL the boxes for us and we are so happy with our experience! Thanks Palais team! We love you. Emily & Derek
