Palm Beach BARRE is a high energy, fat burning, full-body workout that effectively strengthens, lengthens, tones, & aligns the entire body.
Palm Beach BARRE is a great combination of cardio and strength training, blending elements of core conditioning, ballet, pilates, yoga, & orthopedic exercises.
It's a very focused workout, utilizing small range of motion and high repetition movements that target all the major muscle groups in the body. Proper alignment and form are the focal point of each movement. Light weights are used to define the upper body, and mat and ballet barre work, coupled with one's own body weight, are used to target the thighs, seat and abs. After working each muscle group to the max, an active stretch is introduced to elongate those muscles, creating a long, lean look, rather than building "bulk". The entire body and mind is continuously at play throughout the workout.
