Palm beach Memorial goes the extra for their customers.  Nick. The Family Service Manager is caring, compassionate and is committed to making sure your expectations have been met. They were wonderful taking care of my mother. This is why I am using their services again for my aunt.  They are very professional; kind and services are reasonable. I highly recommend them!

I had the opportunity, unfortunately, to bring a friend and fellow unit owner in my complex to Palm Beach Memorial to make arrangements for her husband who had just passed away.  Nick Brunetti was the gentleman who made the necessary arrangements with us for burial.  He helped us choose a perfect location as well as a perfect time - all while exhibiting dignity  and compassion for the widow.  He was knowledgeable and answered all our questions with patience and understanding.  I highly recommend this facility and especially Nick B. for his assistance in a difficult time. On January 13, we stopped in to pay our respects to a family member, who passed recently.  This was the first time our family used this funeral home . I was very impressed with the service and the way services were provided to our family.  They showed true concern for my family at a terrible time, the staff was very friendly courteous and supportive of us. I found the grounds to be very well maintained.  I met with family service advisor Ms. Hatina who answered several questions we had about other services they provided she was very knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with.  I definitely recognize great service and commitment by its employees.

Unprofessional and rude!! My grandfather passed away in April 2021. My grandmother signed off on everything for his headstone. She ended up passing away in August 2021 so we had the double plot updated with her information. Here it is JULY 2022 and still no headstone!!!!! These people are quick to take your money and then stop all communication!!

Elizabeth and Palm Beach Memorial were fantastic on arranging services. The team was very professional and caring.

So UNPROFESSIONAL ! My grandfather passed away LAST YEAR in april2021 and  the headstone my grandmother chose was ready to be signed off by her, but unfortunately in august2021 My grandmother passed away. My grandparents have a double plot, so now my parents had get headstone changed to add my grandmother's name to it. Since August 2021 my mom has been calling and emailing has even went in person to find out what is going on with headstone and is always told she has to speak to someone else or if she calls or emails she sometimes doesn't even get any reply whatsoever, here it is May 2022 and still not a headstone on my grandparents grave because these people ARE RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL AND ONLY CARE AND WANT TO ACT LIKE THEY CARE WHEN ITS TIME TO GET THEIR MONEY AFTER THAT THEY DONT CARE AT ALL !

Nick, Mely and their staff were outstanding from every detail , care and respect for the entire family as my Mother and Law Rose. I highly recommended. Thank you. They are true professionals. Gracias por su apoyo. !!!!

This place isn't what it used to be. We used them back in 2012 and had a wonderful experience with Cesar. Now he is no longer with them and we had a terrible experience with "Mely" in July.  Not only did they totally drop the ball on flower arrangements and informed us RIGHT BEFORE the service, "Mely" was very rude and inconsiderate in a funeral setting. You would think a funeral director would be nothing be compassionate and nice but this was not the case with Mely.  If we didn't already have burial plots reserved we would of never used them and entrusted our funeral service to "Mely"!
