Staff is amazing at the Ft Union location! Awesome place to go!
I absolutely love the the variety of tanning beds they have. All the staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to what type of bed is best for you and the tan you are trying to achieve. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else. I'm very glad I found this place and it's very close to home.
Katie was amazing! We had some mishaps with Beaches tanning and we came here last minute because prom was literally the next day. katie was able to get us in fast and was so helpful! she was so nice and knew what she was talkin about! their spray tans are awesome!Service: Tanning
I’ve been a loyal customer since 2011 and recently have been dealing with a small billing issue due to a new card number on my end. Haley and Shannon at the Ft Union location have been very professional and helpful in getting the issue resolved AND provided great customer service while I was in the salon! These girls were both professional, friendly and understanding! Thanks ladies!!!
I have never been to get a spray tan. When I arrived the girls were very kind and helped me through the process. Christie Was there and I could tell she was very experience. She helped me get all the items I needed to have the most successful spray tan. Overall for being my first time I am very pleased with my results and the help in guidance I received from Palm Beach Tan.
Nice salon, however the sales people that work here are nice only if you are buying something from them. I purchased a spray on it was buy 1 get one free for about $50. The color my first time was orange and didn't last long at all. Went in for my second one to try it out one more time and do the same spray on that I was told I already payed for in the beginning. But when I went in they told me I would have to pay and extra $7 to do what I was told I payed for in the beginning. So when I spoke with the manager on duty SARAH she clearly could care less about what I was saying, it was so obvious she just wanted me to just leave and could care less about my experience. She didn't try to help me at all, she was unprofessional and very rude. DO NOT GO HERE! If you have a problem they treat you like an inconvenience. Very bad customer service. I will never go here again, and I hope this helps other people too.
I am very pleased with the service I received the other evening. Eva helped me, she was so kind and made my night. She didn't confront me of my past due ballance that I made payment arrangements on from last year with a manager that never edited the notes in their system. every time I go into tan, a half hour of my time gets waisted because the notes didn't get changed about my payment arrangements. Eva made sure I had a smile and asked plenty of professional questions to make sure my needs were met. She also educated me about tanning lotions and facial moisturizers. Every time I have gone to any tanning salon all of the girls are so stuck up, prissy and dramatic. I have worked at a tanning salon before and it was never this bad. I feel like time have changed and companies will hire anyone. But as far as my service from last night, for the first time my needs were met and I was treated with respect. There needs to be more employees like Eva! Thank you! FYI- For the company and it's employees.. It is always better to treat all and every customer with respect. Act like they all matter. I am a business owner and I have worked in sales and customer service for over 10 years, the customer is always right.- even if they are actually wrong.- go out of your way to say hello or ask how their day is going. I hope these tips and this review helps.
