First time in a float tank before and absolutely loved it! I did the couples tank with my partner. It was so cool because the tank was basically its own room. Don't let the outside look and location of this building deter you - the inside was nice, relaxing, and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful as it was our first time. They have a room you can rest in at the end with tea, coffee, water, snacks and walls full of post it notes that you can read and add your own to. They provided towels, ear plugs, and clean sandals to use while there. My experience in the float tank reminded me of my experiences with ketamine. I found it to be a somewhat spiritual experience meditating in there, and of course super relaxing physically and mentally. Will be back again!
It was a pleasant experience and my first time in a float spa. The staff member was helpful, informative and courteous. I probably would have given it a 5 star rating if they were in a newer facility. Although it was clean and tastefully decorated the building itself is very dated and needs maintenance. Also it was not a complete water immersion experience because of the street noise.
I was turned off by location but will definitely go back. Its a very asian zenful vibe, vs hippie, which is great. Great staff. Took me on little notice, late on Sunday night. Nice amenities. Definitely will go back.
Amazing experience. The service was outstanding! The prices are low, but you get so much for your money. Overall 10/10 relaxing experience, and I can't wait to return!
Lovely experience. I was a first time footer and didn’t know what to expect. The place was very clean and looked up kept. The pod is in a private room with a shower. They give you sandals so you do t get you shoes set. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is provided. There’s also a vanity area with Lotion hairdryer, qtips. They recommend you float Jude, but I’m sure you could bring a bathing suit. There is also a team room afterwards to have snacks and hydrate. The full hour didn’t start until you were in the pod. It was so relaxing, the time went by so fast!
Only reason for 4 stars is it just wasn't my cup of tea. Place was clean, staff was friendly, it did smell like cigarette smoke not sure if that is from the salt. I just wish they offered a shorter 30 minute session for first timers as I found it to be a bit anxiety causing. Everything is worth a try at least once.
This was my very first time floating and I will definitely be going back. I found a Groupon but honestly, it’s worth the price they ask for. Like others have mentioned, you’re really floating for about 45 minutes with that other 15 mins or so being allocated for showering. Regardless, it was well worth the experience and I’ll be coming back at least once a month. They have a “tea room” that has some snacks, teas, coffee, water. My favorite thing was the walls covered with others’ experiences and words on sticky notes. It’s nice to see all the things you have in common with complete strangers. :
Truly surreal experience. One of the best dates my boyfriend and I have ever had. We felt total relaxation and rejuvenation. Otherworldly experience that lets you separate your mind from your body. This is absolutely something everyone must try. The staff was friendly and made us feel comfortable before our float as this is something we’d never done before. Amazing atmosphere. We loved that you could change the setting of the lights in the pod and put stars on the ceiling. We were able to disconnect and then truly reconnect. Highly highly recommend!
It was magical and different!! Never experienced anything like this! My wife and I loved it and felt incredible during and afterwards!! We want to return asap! The staff was friendly and helpful, too.
So.... fun? It's such an unusual thing to float! I had a hard time letting go my first time but i also couldn't get the light to turn off and frankly I'm not great at meditating for 5 minutes, let alone an hour. The fact that I made it for 40ish minutes, means it works. I would like to keep trying. They also have a couple's size pool that has little lights like stars on the ceiling. I think that's also worth a try!
