My mother & I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Palm Gallery Hotel. What a beautiful place! The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and cozy, and the atmosphere was extremely relaxing and calming. The people who work there are super compassionate, accommodating, & especially knowledgeable in answering any questions you may have. They treat you with such tremendous hospitality and as though you are family, instead of a guest. We also enjoyed having breakfast on their peaceful terrace. Staying at this hotel truly made our visit to Rome special, and one that we will never forget. We hope to return again one day! Thank you to the Palm Gallery Hotel and the people who work there for making our stay incredible!
Amazing hotel, incredible staff! Celebrated my birthday weekend here and could not have picked a better place to stay - the hotel is really beautiful and staff went above and beyond to make my stay truly memorable. The location is perfect and facilities leave you wanting for nothing. I would stay again in a heartbeat!Rooms: 5/5
The hotel was just what we’d hoped for! A beautiful boutique hotel just outside the city centre a 10 min car ride. The location was perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of the city centre and the pool on top was perfect to cool off. The rooms were impecable and clean. Daily servicing of rooms was methodical and punctual. The staff were extremely friendly and were always waiting to offer their help. Something that stayed with us even till the day we left was surprisingly the breakfast! An incredible price for what was offered. We paid €10 per person and got given croissants, toast, fresh fruit, yoghurt, coffee and juice. We left happily full and was the perfect start to the day! No need to go anywhere else for coffee etc as hotel is the best place we’ve ever had breakfast in rome and this was our 4th visit to the capital. Obviously it goes without saying but the staff were awesome and definitely need to be mentioned for their friendliness and professionalism. Each one was better than the last and even when we had to stay in the hotel for 2 hours before our airport transfer they were happy to store our bags and let us lounge around until the taxi came to take us to the airport. Overall I was hesitant to write a review as I wanted to keep this place as much as a secret as possible as we’re definitely going to return and want to make sure we get a room! However we couldn’t not highlight the amazing experience we had in the palm gallery. Keep doing what you’re doing because your querkiness is what sets you apart.
The good: Neighborhood, choice of restaurants, excellent nearby gelateria, friendly staff, pretty garden and patio, friendly cat. The so-so: • Our room small - ca. 50 cm between foot end of bed and the wall, quite close to the bar/reception area, tiny bathroom with toilet so close to the wall and sink that it was difficult to do your business in comfort, shower that leaked all over the floor, loud fan noise even though there was no fan!?; • The breakfast better in any of the cafés and trattorias nearby; • Getting into the centre and back does take a while, we will look somewhere else next time we are in Rome.
I stayed here during a work visit to Rome. It is a beautiful historic building with charming, clean rooms and an incredible outside area resembling an oasis in the busy city of Rome! The owner, Luisa, is a lovely lady and the staff are really friendly and helpful too. You definitely feel this place is managed with a lot of love. The hotel is located in a beautiful area, quiet and residential. The city centre is easily reached on foot but there are also numerous bus and tram connections. There are some nice restaurants and bars in the surrounding area. If I would give 6 stars out of 5, I would!
So idyllic little hotel. Love it there. Whole personal was so friendly and helpful. Perfect Very clean rooms. beautiful garden area where to relax after day in city.
What a lovely place to stay! Daniel and Tim from reception are friendly and welcoming, in addition to being very helpful! The hotel is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood in the suburbs, but it’s only 10 minutes away from a metro station so it’s very easy to get into the centre. The room was very comfortable with a great shower and storage. Would 100% stay here again, but maybe in the summer to take advantage of the swimming pool and gardens.
Brilliant place and people. If you want to party, please don't stay here. If you don't appreciate gardens, this is not for you. For someone like me an ageing visiting Professor, the hotel is a treasure to be cherished.
What a beautiful and cosy hotel! The hosts are super friendly and helpful. A beautiful garden in the middle of Rome. A nice pool. Nice and cosy rooms. Can‘t be my better! We will definitely come back!
