Hotel needs more cleaning. Wasn't very impressed. I only stayed night there for a concert so I got in late left early. 100 bucks not bad split for me n my friend. We shared a room. But you get what you pay for. Nail polish stains on carpet, missing pic frame on wall, mildew on fridge. The back access door made me nervous as it is not secure locked.. so anyone could come in. Water park is only open Friday to 3pm Sunday... Again for price and little stay not bad. But if your planning to go with family .. maybe not here. I wouldn't let my kids stay. Security and cleanliness issue
Hotel needs a redo...which they said is going to happen....new owners. No restaurant....water park was only open 3 hours/day weekdays. Not sure about weekend. Bathroom very neglected and fan not working. The whole hotel has an old folks home smell and a lot of cigarette smoke odour. Wifi seems to be shut off at night. Good location and cheap enough but definitely needs improvement.
I won't ever voluntarily come back to this place ever again. The hallway leading to our room smelled musky and like old cigarettes in the place just looked completely run down. Staff also didn't seem to be as accommodating or helpful, call Dawn to the front desk to see if they could bring us up two extra towels they only give you two and almost 20 minutes later I realized no one had come to bring us up some new towels. So I had to walk down and grab them myself. Towels I got were all raggedy and beat up and had holes in them. The first room we had borderline looked like a crime scene clean up. It had splotches on the wall of God only knows what and had a weird odor to it. Fortunately we called and they moved us to another room that had hair all in the bed for the water park place. It's decent for little kids, but that's about it. Please make sure you bring your own towels because they don't tell you anywhere in the room that they don't provide towels for you. They had lifeguards which was impressive, but it made me wonder if they were really certified or trained at all. But the effort was there which is nice. I left my sweatshirt there in the second room and called when I realized it was missing which was only about a half hour after we left the hotel hour max they said that they would call back and never did but I'm not surprised considering the whole experience we had at that location.
Terrible service, Terrible room. The room smelled like mold and was so dark and dingy it wasn't even funny. I had to ask for a light bulbs because none of the lights had any when we arrived. The walls were separated from the ceiling, and the water damage was unreal. The only good thing was no bugs. The service was uncaring and distracted by whatever the three of them were watching on someones phone. Customer service is really going downhill nowadays
This place is an absolute, dirty, dump. Booked here based on water park, gym, breakfast included, onsite restaurant and bar. Well the water park is closed due to "covid"...oh so is the restaurant ...oh and the gym. Breakfast is a pot of coffee and some packaged breakfast bars. The first morning, it was just coffee. Our room had all kinds of water damage with parts of the ceiling crumbling. Honestly, it was the worst hotel experience you could imagine. If I could give 0 stars I would. One good thing ...the coffee was quite tasty. DO NOT BOOK THIS PIG STY...it needs to be shut down

What a dump. We stayed at adjacent hotel which was a fleabag. Arrived at 7:30pm and Waterpark closed at 7. Checkout is at noon but they did not open the Waterpark until 1pm. This place definitely has room for improvement, not staff. Building I'm sure was nice during its heyday, large rooms n bathrooms. The rooms and hotel we're a little dated like they built it and forgot to hire a maintenance crew. The park was great my girls loved it but if u have older children they would get bored quickly. I was impressed by the continental breakfast and hey had alot to choose from and a hot bar it was great! It was nice they had an arcade in to sections of the hotel and an ice cream vending machine. Although none of the ATM s worked in the hotel it was kind of inconvenient. Everyone working the hotel and water park was very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely go back it's an inexpensive little get away for us.
