Their inventory is not accurate. Multiple items online showed in stock, after arriving I was told my items had to be ordered in.

This Ace Hardware is a great place to go for service. Recently I purchased a Craftsman lawn trailer. It had to be ordered and Carrie, the clerk who assisted me, found that there was only one left in the warehouse. The computer gave her some difficulty but she persisted and made sure I got that last one. She notified me the day it arrived and when I picked it up she made sure my Ace Rewards coupon was redeemed properly and made sure the trailer was quickly loaded onto my truck. I've received great service from the other clerks but in this instance Carrie really stood out.

Definitely not the helpful hardware place. I recently took several electrical items in for return. I had my receipt as their return policy states. I was told my items could not be returned because they were purchased at another ACE from Illinois. Just lost my business. Home Depot didn’t have any issues returning my items bought out of state.

Ace really is the place with the helpful hardware folks! Always friendly and willing to help. Great store with great employees!

Six Span Ace has a great selection and I shop there often but they really need a bigger store. Two shoppers can't even pass each other in an isle without bumping merchandise or racks or each other.

Had a horrible experience purchasing a grill online, so I went down and talked to Mike at this hardware store. He sold me a Traeger Grill, burned it in, and delivered it to my back porch. Excellent experience! Before I had been in for smaller things and the people had always been helpful, but the grill buying experience was exceptional.

It's a very nice Ace with a friendly staff who are very knowledgeable and helpful. Clean store, well organized, and everythings clearly labelled. They're well stocked for a small hardware store.

When you get here and if Carrie is working, try to stump her by asking where something is. I asked her, and listened to her, answer ay least 2 dozen "Where is" questions and nailed. Right down to the "left hand side, fourth section, behind sliding wall." It doesn't get much better than that.

Not an astounding place, but they have all of the parts you'll need. Only complaint is their attitudes. I go in about every other week and they struggle to have smiles on their faces, as if I'm a trouble.
