I have never had a better car buying experience in my entire life! The highest rating Google offers is only five stars but in my heart, I give Palmer’s 1000! I was made to feel like the queen of England and they gave me every single thing I wanted for my car and worked me up the absolute best deal around on a BRAND NEW car. It beat every price I had looked at on a preowned and it was brand new. The sales team that worked with me was amazing and I felt like they were my family from the very beginning because I was made to feel so special and important. They truly appreciated my business and went above and beyond on every aspect of the sale. THIS WILL BE THE ONLY PLACE THAT I WILL EVER SHOP FOR VEHICLES SHOULD I NEED ANOTHER ONE IN THE FUTURE. Honestly is the best policy. My salesman was and I thanked him for it. He also told me about getting some money back from my maintenance contract on my trade-in. I never thought I could. It was an issue I had with my last dealership where I overpaid and thought it was wasted money. Thanks Jessie.
I had a great experience at Palmers Toyota Superstore! All the staff was extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions with no problems. Jesse went above and beyond to find me my dream car within my price range. The staff took the extra time to show me how to get the most out of my Camry as well as how to navigate the Toyota app. I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely be back for my next one!!!

All in all, I had a fantastic buying experience! I went on a Tuesday to purchase a truck. I was told I couldn’t take it home until the following day due to something minor needing to be replaced. I get a phone call Wednesday after I’m already halfway to the dealership that it’ll be Thursday and that they would deliver it to me at work. I’m frustrated at this point but glad they care to fix things and offer to deliver it. Thursday rolls around and I receive a call that the delivery guys will be leaving the dealership in 30 minutes. I was ecstatic! 3 hours rolled around and still no peep from the delivery guys. I get in touch with my salesman and he informs me that they will be leaving in 40 minutes. I’m extremely disappointed because I have postponed my time and schedule at work on the lookout for them. I understand things happen but you must communicate these things with your customers. I hope they take this as a learning experience and no other customer goes through this.
Our sales man Carl was very helpful and knowledgeable for all the vehicles we looked at. Mike in the financial department was very helpful. But I’ve we drive off with our new Camry we had one call after another, the banks they use are border line harassment to a point I Tom’s them I’d drop the cat in their lord if I got another call. So great staff, poor back selections.
Really didn’t expect to leave with a car, but Joseph and the manager were so helpful! They were willing to help us get out of vehicle we no longer wanted, and into a vehicle that is an absolute dream! Joseph was very upfront, honest, and friendly! My Highlander is absolutely perfect and I’ve never had buying a car be such an easy and upfront experience! Plus if you have small children, they are ALL so welcoming and friendly to your babies!
Superb experience! I actually enjoyed buying a car for the first time ever. Normally dealerships are awful to deal with but thanks to Dan and and the amazing finance team, I walked out a very satisfied 2023 Tacoma owner. 10/10 would recommend these guys to anyone. From the time I stepped out my car to the time I left in my new car, the service was exceptional. Be experience i have ever had. Eric did amazing helping me find what I wanted and was very knowledgeable about all the cars. Very professional pleasant, and really honest. Morgan and the finance team were just as great. Efficient, professional, personable, and truly cared for what my means and limits were. They never tried to get me into a car i couldn't afford. I would recommend then to everyone and go back for anything I needed.
I’ve had nothing but the best experience with Palmer’s! I’ve bought 2 cars with them, in the past 2 years, when NOBODY else would touch me, due to credit and financial issues. Special thanks to Joseph Brannon and the amazing team, for being patient and working so hard to get us in our new car!
