I cannot express how seamless Alicia made everything for me. I had to leave for an emergency and still had everything flow so beautifully with signing up for my apartment. Seriously amazing staff, amazing experience. Thank you so much!

My lease experience thus far has been great. From start to finish moving in was a breeze! The assistant manager Nathan Marshall was a great help. The environment and staff is easy to work with and responds quickly. The amenities are well-maintained and parking is never too far from my front door.

I toured the complex with Alecia. She was really friendly and informative - took time to explain and show what the complex had to offer. During my visit I noted that the apartments are very well maintained and floor plans are spacious!

honestly so glad my partner and I found this place- we had the worst experience trying to find an apartment. We toured w/ N’Talia about two months ago and move in a few weeks-we are beyond excited. Cannot wait to move here!

I love living here. I have been living here since December 2017 and have only had positive experiences with management and maintenance. Let me take a moment to give some kudos to Blair. Blair is the best maintenance person I have had in all my years of apartment living. If ever I have an issue with my apartment, he handles it right away. He is both professional and friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure your issue is resolved. I can definitely appreciate that. If you are looking for a beautiful apartment with friendly staff that will make your living experience top-notch, choose this place!!

Please believe all of the negative reviews you've read here. And I'm here to add another one. Recently my car was broken into on Sept 8th. This is also following the Armed Robbery of the postal worker on July 23rd. According to HCSO Deputy A. Patron, the property management team refuses to install cameras around the property. And in his words, "They're only concerned with protecting what's important to them." And this doesn't include the residents.  The teens who robbed the postal worker could jump the 4ft fence, easily and quickly. Furthermore, the gates are ALWAYS broken. The fact that HSCO knows our property for the burglaries and stated explicitly that Garrett, the Property Manger has refused to comply with the safety suggestions. It absolutely sad and unsettling.  What will it take? A resident getting physically harmed before cameras and  A REPUTABLE security company is hired?  *Update: The management team was able to leave a google review however, has not reached out to me directly. It has now been one month and I have not received any follow up communication from the initial email I submitted to both the front office and Inland Property corporate office. Piss poor professionalism and management.

I have had a wonderful experience living here. The first thing I noticed when entering the complex is how clean and well kept it is. Then the apartment space is beautiful. Love the Jack and Jill style bathroom for guest. Kitchen is gorgeous with a LOT of space for storage. Hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer in unit. Also want to give a shout-out to Blair  the maintenance man. I have only had to call maintenance one time and when you open the door he is smiling and eager to help. This is the best choice I could’ve made.

Such a friendly and organized staff! Maintenance is timely and incredibly knowledgeable of all their appliances - especially their tech Jeffrey! I appreciate the office staff for taking good care of their employees as well as their residents, I always like to stop in and say hello when I get the chance. Such a beautiful property that is so well kept, with dazzling facilities and amenities, thank you for making Magnolia Palms a beautiful place to live!

So glad my partner and I found this hidden gem. We have been looking at apartments for quite some time now and no other leasing office treated us with the respect and care this place did. The place is gorgeous, in and out. We’re SO excited to move in.

Apparently they don’t have to respect their tenants privacy rights. I pay to have my place professionally cleaned. 3x a week very thoroughly. And pride myself on a clean environment. The property manager decided to send maintenance into my home without communicating with me or talking to me . He left a voicemail but I was in the doctors as I am being tested for possible cancer. Called back 15 min later and specifically said nobody is to enter my home My home was entered without Florida state law which is a 12 hour notice and without me being there. I have valuables that I have to sort through now and see what was touched and they dragged mud throughout my bathroom and bedroom from their filthy boots. Since when do we not have rights. I pay 1800 a month for a one bedroom pay all of my stuff early with no issues and have my rights violated because a neighbor said a bathroom fan is loud? They enter my home without my permission and then leave mud on the floor so disrespectful. It’s a sham that as a paid resident I have to feel like I can’t keep stuff safe in my own home because property staff can just come in whenever they want. Absolutely ridiculous. No courtesy and to leave mud on someone’s floors while their home is unattended no class. How many times have they’ve entered my home without me knowing. Wouldn’t have even know they entered without my permission if they didn’t leave dirt and mud on floor. How can you enter a home without someone’s permission legally! ? The quality of the neighborhood is going down anyway but this final straw definitely have to look elsewhere because that’s ridiculous.
