I wouldn't have a complaint except for not being accessible twenty four hours. The price I pay is more than double what I paid at my last storage, yet at the less costly place I had access to my own possessions any time I wanted. Just seems ridiculous to me that's not a requirement of every storage facility.
I have been a customer for years. I have never had an issue with rudeness with the employees or owners but I will say that the prices have gone up on me considerably and I'm on a budget. I have a climate controlled unit and have noticed the presence of rodents in my unit. A lot of my boxes and some other items have been chewed up. The area is perfect for me and I don't really want to look for another storage but if they keep raising the prices on me and can't keep the rodents out on units that should be controlled, I'll have not other choice but to move my items.
Three times we've stored here, each time was easy. The management is great, they are very personable. The last time we visited we accidentally forgot a few boxes and left them around the corner, and drove off. The manager put them in safe location and called us. It would have been horrible to have lost the boxes. Good price, good rental trucks, and great staff.
This is a great family owned self storage warehouse. The employees are very nice and helpful. Prices are competitive and they offer other great services like budget truck rentals.
We were looking for a storage place they don't open on Sundays. The prices are good but people are moving in the United States every single day. We need storage place that can accommodate all times. We are on the move and that does not mean that we want to wait.
This storage place owned by PRICE COMPANIES refused to refund a homeless persons money $105.00 for a storage unit that was not used due toToxic fumes from Pesticides knowingly being overuse by other renters inside of climate controlled units even though their rental agreement STATES in it as one of the RULES that PESTICIDES are NOT Allowed! This is how they make money off the poor. Don't rent units here unless you want your items filled with Toxic Fumes.
Lady was rude and we couldn't even sit in parking to look for a budget with trailer. They are listed as budget but they are not. Do not go there...
Very bad customer service from the Old lady at the front office. I would never go back again. She told me while i called her in my car outside the store i called her that it was available and as 10 seconds go by i enter the storage office and she tells me theres none available. She is a liar.
Family owned and operated. Very professional. Always service with a smile.
Nice people easy to deal with. Better pricing that uhaul
