Excellent place for wash & fold service! They charge $1.09 per pound and next day service is always available 7 days a week they can even do same day service if you need it. In addition to normal wash and fold, they also take care of quilts, comforters, etc… we have used them for everything. They are open everyday until 9:00 pm. Great hours! I have dealt with both the Owner and Yonsi not sure I spelled that right, but both are above & beyond friendly, kind and helpful. This place is constantly updating, improving and innovating- new equipment to remodeling! They make sure everyone feels welcome and comfortable. It’s a pleasure to do business with people who treat you like your satisfaction really matters. Parking is free and convenient, they sell snacks, they sell laundry supplies, they have tv, Wi-Fi and video games, too.

they had people in there working on the machines while customers were washing their clothes. Everybody was bumping into eachother while trying to get around. The people who were working on the machines had cords, and all of their tools all on top of the washing machines while we were trying to get our clothes in and out. to respond to your nasty comment, your response shows why I left a one star. Instead of trying to apologize and take initiative for the bad experience I had, you want to get smart. And also, for the record I did speak to someone about it. But that didn’t change anything because people were still working on the machines and the place was still extremely crowded.

I love doing at Pamela Express Coin Laundry because Rosy wonderful personality and great customer service. Although I live in Snellville, GA which 45mins away from this location. Rosy keep this established very clean and she speaks nicely to everyone that comes to this business. Her friendliness is very up-lifting. I want use this medium to send a big thank you to her for making Laundry experience memorable. All my family members come to this Laundry facility. So, I definitely recommend this business to anyone that want to enjoy doing their Laundry.

Went in to talk to Rosie. See her each time I come to do my laundry. she's always so kind abd helpful.. I thought I would ask her help in finding work.. Although I have experience,, no felonies and GA State Identification I'm having no luck online finding a job.. Ive even applied for jobs im over qualified for, but not one interview. She gave me a number of women who needed housekeeping 5 days a week, even helped translate. She had already found someone but Ms Rosie allowed me to post a notice on her bullentine board and said she would make some calls. A regular customer gave me $20 that I desperately need. I don't like taking hand outs but Rosie made me feel worthy and cared about..WE may have somewhat of a language barrier but the heart speaks one language. Rosie is the BEST! She’s always there, though. I usually do my own laundry every week. It’s always nice and clean in there and also, she’s always talking to everyone and making people laugh and smile. Today, I went and had her wash and fold my clothes and sheets. She was AMAZING. It was such a treat to have this done and my things smelled so good and everything was folded. She even matched my socks. Which I was not expecting. It was .90cents a pound, I believe. So it was 17$ to have this done. I will continue to have my laundry done here every week just because of her. I hope she can see this review or the owner can relay the message to her. I’ll find out her name next week when I go and I’ll update: overall, it was a privilege to have this done. Thank you, for making my weekly chores easier.

The lady behind the desk was so very nice and helpful with any questions. It was very clean and all the washers and dryers were working efficiently. I will definitely use this place again if needed.

Mrs Rosy! Is so sweet always happy with a positive attitude i will return here just for her she always keep everything clean covid free she very helpful i been coming here for 3 years now her service have been better than past employees! recommend this laundry

I really wish I could give more stars. After being spoiled and having my own washer and dryer for years and years I had to visit a laundromat. I’m glad I chose this one. The facility was clean and the staff was very kind. Thank you to Miss Rosie for your help and Company.

Sorry, yes I mean to say coin laundry on Springfield there's a mean lady I just want to dry because my dryer broke, she didn't let me, but I recommend this place pamela Express. Clean nice and kind I went yesterday there was a young man cleaning the place very good, thank you.
