Most terrible experience ever! They cancelled my appointment with no reason. No one apologized for their mistakes and asked me to leave with rudeness. I scheduled an appointment in advance was told that I would be seeing the nurse practitioner. I arrived on time, and filled out two forms upon the front desk’s request. About 5 minutes later, they told me neither the doctor nor the nurse practitioner will be seeing me today, also asked me to make a call to reschedule the appointment. I thought there might be some misunderstandings. I called the number they gave me, and the operator confirmed I did have an appointment today. I went back to front desk and asked if they could double check. What was extremely annoying was they asked me to exit the building with rudeness, and didn’t give any explanations on why my appointment got cancelled. Big waste of my time! And the front desk is extremely rude!!!
I waited patiently three weeks for a much needed hip appointment. I cannot put weight on my hip without pain. They cancelled on Friday at 3:30pm for a Monday 3:30pm appointment. Joke of a medical institution.
I have too many experiences with this place to detail them all, but despite dealing with hundreds of professionals in a variety of capacities, the one thing that stands out is their commitment, not just to excellence, but to raising the bar on what defines excellence. Dealing with them so much, it would not be possible for every experience to be 5 stars... but they actively strive to constantly improve. I am that person. Im that person who, when something goes wrong, I tell people. There’s nothing worse than dealing with a company who is screwing up and doesn’t care. The companies who not only know, but calculate in, expected customer loss based on refusing to pay for quality employee training and therefore have poor customer service. I will almost always tell someone when their company image is hurting become of poor customer service. I have mentioned three things two fairly minor but frustrating incidents with the phone systems, and one more angering time with an actual person to the PAMF team that deals with quality assurance. They called me back each time to clarify what the precise issue was, and what /I/ thought could be done about it. Simply having someone seeking my input and caring about the problem is a lot more than many companies bother with. And better- the two phone issues are automated, and the systems that handle them have been adjusted to even better than I recommend, and the angersome person... well, I don’t actually know, since I haven’t seen them since then, and that alone is fine with me. This place is DEDICATED to improving what is already a fantastic organization. And I love that.
Called to schedule an appointment for surgery for my wife. Within 24 hours we had met the doctor and she was in the operating room. Very friendly and professional staff. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Felt the pain of the broken U.S. healthcare system this week. PAMF charged me $900 for a 30 min preventative visit to the ophthalmologist to de-risk for glaucoma per my optometrist's recommendation. I'm still burning through my insurance deductible for the year. Now I know how they are building all those fancy new buildings. Looking for a new healthcare provider...
Great service great staff I am a loyal member. They saved my foot. Thanks too podiatry Dr. Yurgolong and Dr Chi. Also my infectious disease doctor Chilliah and my endocronoligist dr I give my sincerest thanks to all their and great help from sutter Pharmacy and the nursing staff,ALEX and all while helped me. And if course the fine staff of El Camino Hospital. My life says thank you from my heart. My GOD bless you all abundantly always.
Very poor service. 20-30 wait times on the phone are usual, 2-3 month wait times just to see doctors are the norm. Very poor communications regarding appointments, reminders, and availability. Once you do wait your times will be limited. Also, doctors tend to be behind schedule so plan on your appointments taking twice as long as anticipated.
The office visit took less than 10 minutes but billed me up to 30 minutes.
Excellent facility with very good doctors. Really appreciate the easy parking and the assistance in the lobby finding where you're going.
Urgent care is really tortoise care - so slow and frustrating when you check in for an urgent issue
