I live directly behind this target in a condo community. The convenience of their products does not outshine the fact that their delivery drivers arrive at 3am playing music, making all sorts of loud noise before 5am. They don’t respect the community they serve.
This Target unwelcomed me back in the store. Laughed at me when I walked in. Several associates were attempting to startle me while I shopped and they were gossiping about me in Spanish. One woman working in haircare aimed and shinned the inventory lazer in my eyes. Several of the shoppers were making noises of disapproval or disgust as I walked by. I didn't deserve this to happen to me like it does ever in the first place. But I definitely feel I was successful in my response. I simply paid and left. No problem for Target and or the individuals shopping there snubbing me. Im use to this sort of thing and I'll probably laugh ot off later on but I'm not going to go back and shop or spend my money at Target anymore. It's all good, no sweat at all. I got what I needed and I feel my outcome was a learning experience. Mountain View just doesn't like me of something. I guess I'm not meant to come here to this community or engage with these people who are like this because I dont want to cause problems and I don't want to feel like I'm trash just because I'm ugly, fat, homeless and I'm fed up. Im just going to keep my distance and log in my book. Maybe I should consult with an attorney about the lazer in my eyes. But I won't because I dont go around suing people to get rich. I am not greedy and I'm not crazy.
Their Customer Service center was quick and fast. Tyler was extremely helpful, and showed us to the right person to assist us with a friendly smile. We found what we were looking for and more.
Extremely good service and very clean store. It’s difficult to make everyone happy in this industry but Target and Store Director Bobby went above and beyond for me today. I’ll be completing a survey as well and will be returning more more purchases.
I have Target items shipped for 2 reasons- the cat litter is too heavy to carry and often they are out of up and up litter in the RWC store as well as 16 lb. Friskies cat food is often not on shelf- they sometimes only stock 1-2 bags in RWC store. You get free shipping with $35 purchase.
This is a quirky Target. The building is ancient and consists of 2 parts and as such the layout is extremely odd, but if you're a Mountain View/Palo Alto native then you're probably used to it. It seems like Target's stopped caring about front-end service in recent years, because the amount of cashiers available has steadily been decreasing without adding more self checkouts. Thankfully if you visit this store when its slow, the selection is usually pretty good and the store is generally clean for its age.
Hoodlums stopping people at the entrance and asking for donations for their "youth basketball team". You can't ignore them as they will block you from leaving until you answer them, and give them money or explain you have nothing "just a small donation sir, we take cash." They say as they block you from leaving. Be prepared to get robbed or don't carry cash on you. Target needs to clean that stuff up. Do not come here if you have cash on you. You are a target .
Nice place easy access wheelchair fine. Not crowded checkout was quick.
Great store. A little bit smaller than most Target stores. They do not have a complete selection of groceries such as meat and fruits.
Went into the Mountain View Target today looking for medicine to help with pain. The internet stock says they have 4 of what I am looking for. I asked the clerk in the Pharmacy where it might be and I was directed to the dental aisle and no such medication was there. I see a team of red shirts standing there and ask one of them for help finding this product and again I am directed to an aisle where there is nothing. Really poor customer service if you ask me. Help your customers find what they are looking for Mtn. View Target team. What a waste of time. I won’t be shopping there is I don’t have to.
