Excellent place to find hair coloring products and nail and eye lash accessories. This is a very small shop that targets specific needs and probably a supplier for hairdressers, so it lacks variety and options that are found at larger beauty stores. Don't go here looking for makeup, sunscreen, or lotion choices. Three aisles and then you're done shopping.
Racially profiled by the staff and manager on duty for taking to long to find the right products and picking up various items to purchase. They even had the audacity to keep the back door open to watch what I was picking up. I will never shop here again and will let my other stylists know to do the same.
Great experience, very helpful staff. The store manager Arielle was amazing, helped me find the correct product for my hair condition and nail issues. Highly recommend this location.
I got everything, I wanted even applied for a Sally's card, and was approved happy shopping
Poorly stocked compared to before the pandemic. No Ion bleach protein booster fake Olaplex, no small foil packs, and only certain brands bleach powder. I tried ordering online instead but they shipped half my order and charged me UPS for small order at their fault. It took many shopping trips to settle with stuff not as good as wanted.
I PURCHASED A HAIR PRODUCT HERE AND WHEN I OPENED IT , IT HAD A DEAD ROACH FLOATING IN IT!!!!!! SO DISGUSTING AND UNSANITARY!!!!! WHEN I WENT BACK TO RETURN IT , THE DOG FACED MANAGER SALINA OR SALIVA WHAT EVER HER NAME IS, DIDNT EVEN WANT TO REFUND IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! SO DISGUSTING!!!!
Friendly staff and a good selection of products for natural hair
Called in to ask a question about an item and was told very quickly to hold by i believe it was “susana “ and 30 minutes of hold and listening to her bad mouth customers call a lady a B*t** after she paid and left, and gossip about her personal life to her coworker and then 10 minutes later joke about the person is still on HOLD and still not pick up the phone! This person should be FIRED!!!!!!! It would only have took 30 seconds to reply to my question very unprofessional i cannot believe this lerson is being paid to be there!
I like going here because I can easily buy my hair product. They have many location it is convenient for me to go.
