I want to share the horrible experience that I just had in this nail shop. Very poor customer, service and attitude from station number four I went into ask if they could do hombre and it was not reply to me that she didn’t know how to do hombre until I had set for about 30 minutes and she had an attitude because her and the manager was going back-and-forth about what to do in their language. She took a drill to my hands to help takeoff the polish, then wanted me to soak the rest of the polish off in a bowl. I sat there for another 5 to 10 minutes without anything being said while she wiped off her bottles of whatever in her drawer. After the feeling of her not wanting to do it, I asked her how much more longer did I have to soak she asked him and before he could respond I just asked why do I get the feeling she doesn’t want to do my nails. One of the ladies at the door was very sweet she came to me and let me know that she didn’t know how to do ombre. I said well that should’ve been communicated with me after the back-and-forth and he sitting and waiting a long time. I have things to do today and customer service is to communicate what will take place! Man at first seat at door was rude as hell and said he was full today and he was not going to finish. I had to leave with half soaked nails. A rude establishment… BE WARE THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNEDUCATED WITH GIVING GREAT NAIL SERVICES!!!! DON’T WASTE TIME OR YOUR MONEY!!!! Just want to say Mrs. Linda done a very good job ok n my nails it was the first time I've been there I will definitely e back be back I was very satisfied very very satisfied. Also went back and got a pedicure Mrs Linda didn't do any of the work and this is what happened I will not be back Ridiculous.....Services: Pedicure

Ms. Nydia was so amazing and professional! She was straight forward with me about the process to correct my nails from the job that a previous nail technician had done. I will only be going to her at, Pampers Nails & Spa on Ramsey Street in Fayetteville, NC from now on!! The guy that sits at the first chair is very nasty, as well as the 100 year old lady that walks around eating candy & guarding the door. This is literally my least favorite nail salon here. They don’t use the sequence of the sign in sheet & will have you sitting with your feet in an empty bowl for an hour. HOT MESSSSSS.Services: Acrylic nails

Wednesday 2/22/23 AWFUL nails. It was a young black girl. I cried when i left. My nails are Hideous. I did not want to embarrass her BUT she should be properly trained or find a new profession. First of all she applied these long clear plastic tips.. they were crooked and the way she has my hands while applying gave me cramps in my wrist. I have blobs of uneven ridiculous mess for nails. I asked for coffin and she gave me uneven… sharp edged … some nails are shorter than others… its just a mess. RidiculousService: Acrylic nails

This is my favorite nail place in town, and I've been to quite a few! Even though sometimes I've had to wait, it is well worth it! My nails turned out just how I wanted them to, and I have gotten several compliments on them. The staff is very friendly and I will continue to come back!

I arrived around 4 pm to get my dip nails removed. When I walked in the lady at the front desk said it’ll be about an hour wait so I said I would come back because I had other things to do. As I was walking out she said to come back as another worker was arriving. I then proceeded to sit in the chair for 45 minutes while my hands soaked in acetone the whole time. Finally someone came to remove them, trim them not evened out at all though, and put some clear gel on them because he insisted. I said fine and wasn’t out of there for another 30 minutes. 1 hour and 30 minutes for a dip nail removal seems excessive to me and if your in the need for a quick and simple service I would not recommend Pampers. Not to mention it was $25 bucks in total even with the inconvenience.

This salon is my favorite In Fayetteville, but one thing that really frustrates me is their inability to honor your appointment. I try to always make an appointment, yet there have been very few times they start my nails within 30 minutes of my appointment. Today I waited over 45 minutes past my appointment time. If I didn’t make an appointment, I would have no issue waiting so long. If you have an appointment that you have yet to start, you should probably take them before walk ins. It was amazing, they were so nice I felt welcome. I asked for an natural ombre and I got exactly what I asked for. Definitely recommend!
