Pan Africa Children Advocacy Watch (PACAW), Inc. is a non profit organization founded in June 2007 by Dr. Sylvanus Adetokunboh Ayeni.
PACAW, Inc. is headquartered in Maryland, USA. Our projects and initiatives involve providing quality basic education for children in Sub Sahara Africa. PACAW Inc. is a non profit organization under Section 501(c) (3) of Internal Revenue Service code, and your donation to support our cause is tax deductible. We assure you that your donation will be spent most judiciously for the intended purpose.
The "modus operandi" of PACAW, Inc. is local community based and community driven development. In addition to the support for quality early basic education, during the civics lessons, these children are reminded, that the most important and most abundant resources of Africa are not the gifts of Nature buried in the ground or underneath the ocean, BUT the people, their brains, hundreds of millions of them.
The mission of PACAW, Inc. is to nurture a different generation of African leaders through the vehicle of ACCESS to a NEW BASIC EDUCATION CULTURE. Basic education that will turn the gaze of these children, young men and women, away from avarice, extortion, selfishness, deceit, and obsession with accumulation of material wealth, and lead them to embrace the philosophy of self reliance and development of Africa by Africans.
