Really great food and service. I got beef enchiladas. They were excellent! The server was really nice and kept up even though it was super busy. We got our food super fast as well. It’s a great restaurant. If your in the area and looking for great Mexican food this is the spot.
Went to Ponchos for my birthday and had lunch. This place is very nice and has a good staff. I started out with a mongo margarita that was very good. I got a two taco, beans & rice lunch special. The chicken taco on corn tortilla was very good and flavorful. The refried beans were outstanding and had some whole beans within them. Topped with a very good cheese. The rice was also top notch. Very big grains of Spanish rice cooked perfectly. I forgot to mention the chips and salsa at the beginning was delicious as well. Hard not to fill up on those with the margarita. We had six people and two had margaritas and our bill was like $38.00. Very good food and excellent prices. I highly recommend Ponchos if you like Mexican food. I'll be going back soon. Parking: Plenty of parking.
Since moving to the area we have tried quite a few Mexican restaurants but we knew we hadn’t found the “one” until now. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, ample seating and the service is top notch. My husband hadn’t even set his glass down before a refill was before him. Food was hot when it came out and flavorful. We will be returning.
The place itself was an amazing experience but the food was just not to our liking. The menu here is different from other Mexican restaurants around. For example, my husband ordered chicken fajita nachos and at every Mexican restaurant we've been there's never been beans in it but here there was and he didn't notice til a few bites in when he noticed it tasted soggy. I'm not saying the food in general was nasty, just different. The staff were amazing and treated my children and others like family, I'd go again just for the atmosphere.
This place has really gone downhill. We were there for lunch two days ago and ordered steak fajitas. Tonight we were there and ordered a steak taco salad…there was an unannounced $1.50 up charge for the steak. The little guy at the restaurant said everybody is charging that now. He couldn’t explain why we didn’t pay it two days ago. There are no signs anywhere about it. We had to ask for the dinner cheese dip and the guacamole never appeared. Our waitress spent most of our time talking to other staff. They used to be fantastic….not now. Hidden charges…prices changed in certain menus….more like a gamble now. We won’t go back.
They were very busy for Sunday lunch but we were seated and served in a very timely manner. Food was delicious and staff was very attentive. Recommend cheese enchiladas and rice!Food: 5/5
OK for Mexican meal. Tuesday evening was short staffed. Good menu selection. Daily Specials.Food: 3/5
Food was good but the management seems to not honor advertised specials and even the waitress lies about prices. Waitress said all you can eat tacos for $9.99 and advertised medium margaritas for $5.50. I get the bill, tacos are $10.99 and the margarita is $6.75. Big argument at the cashier made the whole experience disappointing. Would not recommend as staff is ripping you off. Will not return!

We've been dining here for more than 20 years. Of course, we've tried others in town but have found that nothing comes close to Pancho's taste. No one does jabenero salsa like them either!Food: 5/5
