The honey walnut shrimp was actually honey peanut shrimp? See photo. Garbages we’re overflowing onto the floor, wet floor signs and standing water from the fountain soda machine. Not a smile for miles from these team members. Looked like it’s been a rough few weeks around this restaurant.Food: 3/5

Worst panda express/fast food experience ever. We liked up with the other cars for the drive thru because it wasn’t open inside. We waited for about 20 min in line at 7:30pm on Saturday when it says they’re open until 9pm. We get to the front of the line and it says they’re closed. We go up to the window and they said they’re closed even though they were preparing orders. Asked the staff what time they’re open until usually and the guy said he has no idea even though he’s working there and then dismissed us.

It's a normal panda so inside is exactly what you'd expect. Except the staff at this location do not clean or maintain it very well. My orange chicken did not taste right the last time I was here and I heard someone getting yelled at for using the wrong kind of chicken for it. They are never really open when they should be. Twice now the dining room has been closed without notice during their normal hours. I can smell the food but the doors are locked. I wish their was another location nearby so I can get my sweet fire and orange chicken elsewhere. This location sucks.

Third time in 3 weeks I've noticed this. The portions are either getting really small without letting the clients know or something is going on in this branch. They are now putting rice under the protein to make it seem like a full portion of protein, and less rice too.Food: 1/5

This is my last visit, and it warrants a review. I've been coming here for over two years now. It's been "good" quality up until my last two visits, including yesterday. What you would expect from a scratch-made fast-food restaurant. The problem insists here: They don't care about the quality of their food anymore. Temperatures are off, food is soggy when it should be crispy, overcooked meat being dry and stringy, and sauces being over reduced. I agree to say it, but my food was gross and I didn't finish my $20~ meal, because I couldn't stomach the thought of what the consequences of eating it would be. Overall, they used to have a customer for life, but twice in two and a half months, the food has been awful and the employees just seem to not care. Mind you, I didn't talk to a manager this trip...but that doesn't mean they don't deserve the feedback.

Ordered online with a 4:45 pickup time. Got there early so sat in my car for 15 minutes. Went in. Was told they would “start” my order. Was told it would take time because they needed to make the shrimp that I paid extra for. Finally got the order 20 minutes later. Got home. No shrimp. Called. I was told to come back and they would give me the order I paid for. Unacceptable.

Food was awful, service was the absolute worst, they weren't busy but the girl serving the food seemed irritated to even be helping us... normally I like their food but it was awful, the chowmein was super dry and sticky, the beef and broccoli didn't taste like beef. Seemed more like chicken passed off as beef. The girl didn't hand us any sauce and when asked she seemed super irritated to have to do another simple task. The soda fountain soaked us when we tried to fill our drinks. Definitely don't recommend

Never have half of the food available, even hours before closing. Has happened multiple times that they will not have an item and/or forget to give them to us. Not sure I understand what they mean when they say they are out of food. Are you genuinely out of it or do you just not want to make more? Willing to wait for more to be made considering I’m spending money on it.

I try not to leave bad reviews but I honestly can't help it this time around. This is honestly the worst Panda Express I've ever had. Tried it when I first moved to Mankato, was awful three years ago. It's even worse now. Never in my life have I ever had SOUR fried rice, SOUR chow mein, and SOUR broccoli beef... Until today anyway. Not to mention that the broccoli is never fully cooked. Needless to say, I won't be getting food here a third time or ever again.

The Mankato store is awful. The employees have NO DESIRE to please the customer, I mean, what Chinese restaurant doesn't have white rice???? I love Chinese food just like the next human, but the employees have to like their job a little to make it count. I went through the drive-through and spent $70.00 multiple orders and I was pi**ed!
