If I could give this store zero stars I would. I went into the store this past weekend while I was visiting a friend in Tallahassee to get a charm like I do every time I travel and some cleaning solution. I was told prior when you purchase the cleaning solution they will also clean your bracelet complimentary. The employee did take my bracelet to the back and cleaned it while I waited in the store. She also put on my new charm and provided me with a bag for the items I purchased. When I got back home to Atlanta and removed my shopping bags out of my trunk I noticed my shoebox from Dillards had what I thought was water all over them. Then I pulled out my Pandora bag and realized it was the cleaning solution. The store employee used the cleaner that I purchased to clean my bracelet and did not put the lid back on correctly. I tried to reach out to the Pandora online chat and they told me I had to contact that store since I purchased it in-store. I called the store on 6/14/21 the employee who answered the phone stated she had to speak to her store manager and would call me back. On 6/15/21 at 1:30 pm, the store manager called me back to let me know I would have to drive back to Tallahassee, Fl. After I told her I lived in Atlanta to get another kit. I explained to her I did not live there nor would I be back. Trying to come to a middle ground I asked if my friend who lived in Tallahassee could come to pick up the replacement and she stated no it has to be me. I explained to her I could give her first and last name and she could check her id and the manager refused, per her manager I guess the regional manager. I said so I am trying to resolve the issue that one of your employees caused and you do not want to work with me? She then said if I continue to speak to her like that she will hang up on me she did this whole phone conversation was 3 minutes. Her tone during the whole phone call was sarcastic and disrespectful. I do feel like she knew that I was a minority and could talk and speak to me any type of way. I have never experienced this type of behavior from any employee at any store and certainly not a Pandora. She has no respect for customers or any conflict resolution skills. I would never recommend this store to a friend or step foot in this store again. I will be writing letters and emails until I can speak with her manager because this whole exchange was unacceptable. I was not even that upset that the cleaning solution spilled and ruined my shoebox, I simply wanted it replaced and that was all. She blew everything out of proportion with her rude attitude and as I stated prior I will never visit her store again.
Please stay away from this store. Avoid a headache and a huge disappointment. This is something else. Not what you’re used to in pandora. Very very very low standards. I could’ve taken everything I wanted and leave and no one would’ve noticed. This ladies are rude and disrespectful.
Horrible horrible customer service! You would think that since people have the option to shop online the company and its employees would recognize that in-store customer service MUST be a priority! I hate shopping at this store and will always make my purchases online if the store manager remains the same woman. She is rude and arrogant. 0 starts out of 5. Would not recommend!!
I have been a customer at Pandora since my Mother received her pandora bracelet in 2020. Every special holiday I have purchased a charm or 2 for her for being a great mother. I have never experienced bad customer service when shopping at Pandora. On 11/23/22 I made an early Christmas purchase for my mom for 2 charms. ‘Jasmine A’ was my sales person. She did a wonderful job even though someone tried interrupt while she was in the middle of sealing to us she handled it properly and she also picked out an beautiful charm for my mother because my mom wasn’t sure what she wanted for a second charm. Thank you so much Ms. Jasmine and thank you all for your sweet customer services.
We got there late afternoon not realizing that the store was about to close. The staff remained welcoming and helpful. I was impressed at the professionalism of both sales associates the young lady who assisted me as well as the young man who was very courteous to another customer who was already present when I arrived and left. I am very satisfied with my purchase and interaction.
The store manager is disgusting rude and it's reflected in her flunky assistant manager as well! Talk about spoiling a special event! They both somehow managed to do so! Their attitudes do NOT reflect well upon Pandora! I'm happy that I'll never have to patronize this store again! Customers save yourselves from having to be subjected to their gross lack of business acumen and shop online. Someone really dropped the ball leaving them in charge, a gross misjudgment was made! If I could, this rating would be a -3!
I was in line ready to pay when my family decided to add one more thing to our order; after asking the girl at the register, her answer was, “you’re going to get out of the line and start all over again because we cannot add anything to your order here” when the line was super long inside and outside. It was something so simple to add, and on top of that, what’s going on with the bags? They denied us the bags because they needed them for Christmas??? everybody was paying separate, and they didn’t want to give us some bags with our purchase : terrible experience at the mall.
The young man working was very helpful. I'm from LA, the selection is smaller.
We visited the store on today and I must say the two young ladies that were working has excellent customer service. They was familiar with each piece we look at. And actually love the jewelry the are selling.
If I could give zero stars, I would worst customer service they give you an attitude for buying some thing get another job
