Now is not the time to sit back and relax. Now is the time when you get back to the basics. Now is the time to work on fixing technique, getting stronger and building up to new skills. If you push yourself hard now, you can cut back on workouts as you get closer to the try-out season. This will give you time to focus on learning new material for try-outs. You can do it. Just pace yourself. Before you know it, you will have reached all your goals for this year.
