Stopped today to exchange a bracelet I bought online and was too small. Amazing, friendly customer service. Maria G was incredibly considerate and kind. This was my first experience with Pandora and I’ll definitely be back.

Beautiful products however pieces being sold are worn by multiple prospective buyers before sale. Therefore, not completely new. Poor/inadequate education/customer service provided on return policy at point of sale. Small print sign on return policy that is out of sight that you are expected to be able to read but is unrealistic and inaccessible to people with low vision/visual deficits. Asked for paper copy of return policy and was handed this sign to take a picture of. *Recommend browsing in another store, buying online, and reviewing their return policy online before buying.
The seller seemed very unhelpful, however, when he saw other customers, he showed interest and began to serve others while he was showing something. Also in the December promotion they gave a bracelet and my husband bought it but it was a bit big and it seems in bad taste that they couldn't change it and they were a little angry when we asked if we could change it to a smaller one.
Have tried to pick up my online order 4 times and the store is always closed even though the hours say it should be open. When you try to call and the phone goes to a voice mail box that is full. I have also called corporate and they tell me the store is open and to go back. Super frustrating!
I am extremely disappointed in the service I received today. I went in to get my ring replaced due to 3 of the stones falling out already and the lady told me she would not replace my ring for me and that I needed to call customer service to see what they’d do for me. Mind you, this ring was bought less than 3 months ago and falls under the 1 year warranty. When I called customer service they were very apologetic for my experience in the store today and that the lady should have replaced my ring for me. Another ring I had bought 2 years ago had the same issue with a stone falling out and when I went into the store to get the ring replaced I had no issues whatsoever. I don’t understand why the lady didn’t even bother to try and help me today. I used to shop this store all the time but I will no longer be going there. Very disappointed.
I went in for a cleaning and to look at the charms. Loved the treatment I received, the girl who was helping me, I believe her name is Leo, was more then helpful and understanding about my needs adnd di amazing, however the store looked messyand s bit unorganized, I felt out of place, doesn't feel well taken care of :/
Poor customer service, I wanted to exchange an online purchase.... they were not able to exchange. I also need silicone grips for my clip charms to stay in place, I was told I needed to buy different clips. I went to a different store was able to exchange my online order and was given the silicones for no charge. I absolutely love pandora and own several pieces, will never purchase from this location.
I'm not sure I can be objective on this review because I adore Pandora. This is not only a fun store to shop at and feed your creativity but, the staff is great and super helpful. The manager of this particular store is top notch. Pandora is high quality, fun jewelry, that enables you to put together personal pieces of jewelry that's meaningful to the individual. Love it! I always have fun shopping here and leave happy!
I did not like the service of the tall gentleman, while the young lady who served me afterwards was very friendly, I would not go there
