I haven't been here since the early 90s I don't live in Madison any more. Mall has been totally renovated. Gone is the dreary long hallway with sad shops and in its place is an outdoor arcade of upscale shops, eateries, and green spaces with benches. Covered parking available. Close to residential areas. Grocery store is smaller now but probably very adequate for local residents.
I have been going to this mall for as long as I can remember and It is full of memories, I used to play on the farm playground their. I love Auntie Anne’s. I like the H&M their, and sometimes get new earrings from Claire’s. I go there to get shoes and clothes usually. Food court is great, stores are great and the service is also great!

not nearly as cool as it once was and doesn't have a lot of decent stores. also funnily enough its advertised as LGBTQ friendly while it is directly connected to a pretty morally ambiguous hobby lobby. regardless its decent
Heather and Angela and Terri are Amazig at keeping this Mall so clean and inviting. Management has really done a great job at trying to fill retail space . I am so happy to be back here at this Mall working again! I see great things coming here.
Very nice mall on the west side of Madison. Ample parking available. Sadly it appears that several of the large department stores that used to anchor it have closed. There is a nice food court with several dining options available. Check their website for current retailers and restaurants. THIS is a real department store! Where quality clothing is actually presented and merchandised right and very appealing!! Employees actually are around to help and they are extremely accommodating!
West Towne Mall is great for clothes shopping. I often can find great deals at JC Penny's so I hope they can hang on. Also Cheesecake Factory is located in the mall and is one of my favorite restaurants! The mango Key Lime Cheesecake is the bomb! Hopefully they can ad some more stores to fill the ones that are left. Overall a good mall, but mainly for clothes.
Nice clean mall. Seems to have more stores than east town.
Clean, nicer atmosphere - kinda pricey Who, just revisited after beginning of COVID and like 1/3 of the mall is just gone. Sorry to say it has become a ghost town and is right next to that gigantic highschool.
