I walked in the store, and I was greeted right away with a friendly smiled and I am not young. They didn't treat me any differently. I have buying Victoria Secret for 27years I told them I was frustrated and I couldn't find my old bras. I pulled out my old ones, and she knew right away what the style was and what I needed to order. She said "Hon come here and let me help you. We will have to order, but it is shipped free to your house.' I just about cried because I spent 2hrs at Victoria Secret with them frustrated with me. I told them that wasn't the right bras. They said thats what they are named now. I ordered several online, and I ended up later returning. WITH PINKS awesome help. I have ordered 9 of my favorite bras as you see below and would order more once they have different colors. Not expensive and excellent quality, and I am on a tight budget. If you are bigger chested, they have your size too. NOT JUST FOR YOUNG GIRLS So go to Pink, don't be ashamed! They help you and are super kind and sweet. Oh, and my Amber Romance was on sale. PINK HELPED ME WITH THAT TOO EVEN THOUGH NOT SOLD AT THEIR STORE. You are never too old to feel sexy and I am so thankful to ALL the woman at the PINK store in West Towne Mall Madison Wisconsin

The customer service was horrible. The person that I attached a picture of had a terrible attitude problem. She refused to tell me her name so I took a picture because this is unacceptable. This is no way to treat your customers.

I wanted to come today because the 10/35 panty sale was today only. However when I got there I had to wait which I understand. The employee very rudely said that it would be at least 10 minutes so I should just come back later. I asked how many people need to leave before my husband and I were able to go in. She said basically everyone and carried herself with an attitude so we left because it’s disheartening to deal with such rude and disrespectful employees. And of course we didn’t go back so we missed out on the sale all together

I am so tired of stores that only stock for the super thin or super fit women. Everything in there is tiny. Look I get it that is what our society believes is beautiful, however I am too and I like cute undies. Heh. Never liked this store. Too stuck up and really only for the smallish sizes. If your a 16 do not go in there.

Extremely rude and pushy staff. I went in to repurchase a standard bra I have bought in the past. I didn't see my size and asked the staff if they had any in the back. She said they had no stock but then insisted on sizing me for something else. I refused and said I would just order it online. She called another employee up to do my sizing, and I again refused. I again explained I really enjoyed this one style and didn't want a different size, and that I would just come back if I couldn't find it online. She then rudely stated, " well I was just trying to save you some time. I guess we will see you back here then." After that I comment I will never be coming back. Go anywhere else because they don't want to help. They just want to push stock.

My fiancee told me to review this shop. The employees were very helpful in her finding what she needed.
