If I could give this store a zero, I would! I normally give retail specialist grace on Mother’s Day and holidays but there’s so many ways the store could’ve operated today. I came into the store for a PICK UP order around 5. I didn’t know I needed an email and a lady let me know they I could stand to the side while she took care of people who did have emails first. She was then rudely interrupted by the assistant manager who told me that I needed to wait for an email. I had been waiting for 30 mins in line already and decided to walk around in other stores while I wait. I came back at 7:40 cause the line was short and they close at 8. I found the door to be locked and a security guard let me know that they weren’t accepting any more people even though my order had already been paid for. I don’t think I would’ve been as upset if my interactions with the employees weren’t horrible on top of them closing 20mins before it’s listed for them to close. This location and probably even this company will NEVER get a dime out of me. I’m beyond annoyed at my dented Mother’s Day plans over something that could’ve been avoided. IT TAKES TWO MINS TO BAG A PAIR OF EARRINGS. So many people walked away angry today and rightfully so! Do better! No one asked you to apply to work there and we are giving you our hard earned money so act accordingly.
I would give this place a negative 0 if I could. Not sure what her name is but I know she big and round with a auntie wig. I asked to see the charms, and she had an attitude showing me the whole time. On top of that, Pandora has a cursive collection where the words are tiny and look similar to each other. I asked, “Where is the J?” and keep in mind the letter was tilted upward to her and not me. She responses sarcastically, “How old are you? You can’t read cursive?” Now baby I didn’t tell you to get that job, so point that energy towards someone else. Hair can’t even touch your shoulders. NEVER COMING AGAIN!!!
I LOVVVVVEEEE IT !!! Sherine was great that's why she's the manger !! All the other girls were amazing also!! She took time and helped me find exactly ,what was for ME!! THANKS PANDORA
Kim was a great salesperson! She went above and beyond helping me to decide on which items I chose to purchase. My bracelet and safety chain are adorable.
Went inside store to get assistance for a birthday gift. I was Finally asked if I needed anything the sales clerk was NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL!!! I guess it was restocking day including the manager was Not interested in my sale. I know I asked for the gift set and what was on sale but show me something else …. If you’re a Great sales person I could have possibly been persuaded to make a much higher purchase…. Oh by the way I didn’t purchase ANYTHING!!
This is my first time in the store and it will definitely be my last time. The sales associates are super slow and 5 people walked out without even being helped. She literally took 4 minutes to put tissue in the bag. I waited 26 minutes just to get a gift card and it was only 2 people in line ahead of me. This location is horrible!!

Julia is very rude and racist. She don’t need to be working at nobody store. If you guys see that many complaints about this store that means something need to be done.
Walked in the store and was really desiring to purchase a few gifts.The young lady started helping. Maybe I was taking to long to decide. A Caucasian woman walked in with a return.The sales clerk became eager to help her.The lady said she had a return.My nice deed for the day was to allow her to do the return,because in was in no hurry.So I stood there looking in the catalog.As I witnessed her not only do a return but the woman started her shopping as if I was there not to shop. So I just walked out the store and decided I can just order on line. Pandora In the Renisaance Center ,just know if you go there to shop color matters before service is how I feel.
