At the time I came in to the business it was rather early so there was very few people there. However sitting by the fireplace and after doing some work on my laptop, I turned around and there appeared to be a lot of people in there. The food looked very fresh and the employees were very friendly and helpful however the coffee was lacking substance and heat. But the hot water for the tea was perfect.
I love the menu at Panera Bread. Today my wife and I had a small lunch, but the sandwiches and salads always taste fresh. The coffee is always great. For breakfast, get a fresh croissant and coffee, but you better get there early because the croissants sell out fast! This store has a well-arranged dining room, and it’s always clean. It’s a great spot to work if you need to work remotely and want to get out of the house or your hotel. Parking tip, park on the street; it will save you time and frustration Parking: You’ll save time and frustration by parking on the street.
They always have to put something strange on the sandwich. Can't they just list some good old normal sandwiches. Why does it take so long to make a sandwich? They could learn something from Togo's. This location has the worst parking, always someone waiting for a spot and block access to the rear parking where there are additional spaces.
A great location and large Panera with good seating. In between Palo Alto and SF, good for a midpoint coffee or food break. Good wifi.
Great service, even though they forgot to give us our yogurt, they were extremely nice about it, and apologized profusely. Also, the salads are quite tasty and quite healthy. The bread that comes with the salad was nice and crisp. And the apples were tasty as well.
Ordered soup and apple as my side item for pick up, it was ready in less then 10 mins, brought it back home and found a big chunk of what I want to believe it’s bread. I hope they didn’t just dump some leftover soup with old break in there. I wish Panera would pay attention on how the food is being prepared and served to avoid this. This obviously ruined my meal.
Panera food is good and at other locations I enjoy having tea and a quick hot meal. But, this location.... The guy cashier was rude and the ladies in the "kitchen" area talk bad about people in Spanish. Idk why they do it. More than half of their customers understand them. This place is like the rude corner of the mean girls club for high schoolers.
Don't recommend this location for students or online professionals as you might get ticketed or towed. I was here for less than an hour and the parking lot manager called security and I was told to leave because I had been there too long. Supposedly, it's a 2 hr limit. But I barely finished a single cup of tea. I work and go to college online, and have purchased the "unlimited sip club" so it's nice to have breakfast,lunch, and tea, and get lost in a good study or work session for a few hours. I was told to park outside the parking lot and walk here. Basically had to drive 15 minutes to another panera bread. A side note: I used the kiosk to avoid the line to buy tea, but I still had to wait in line to get my cup because they kept them behind the counter.

Products are very good but the service overall isn't great there is plenty of workers but takes time until someone come to take your order even when they see you at the counter...Food: 5/5
