We went there at around 9 pm while they are closing. They allowed us to eat and stay until finish. So kind. But they need more options for vegan and Muslim halal foods.Food: 4/5

9:30 am. I wanted to go through the drive thru, but it was closed. I had time to kill, and planned to sit in my car. Walked in and was pleasantly surprised by the design, layout, and general environment. Staff were efficient and pleasant. I was actually glad I was pushed to go in. Found a nice spot by the fireplace and enjoyed my wrap, perfectly toasted. Music was quiet, you can choose your spot for temperature, lighting was pleasant.
Horrible service! Rude staff. Had no bread for bread bowls or with cup of soups. Soups were cold or semi warm. No one was at the register. Seating area was not clean! They turned the lights off where we were eating as well. Definitely not a friendly atmosphere!
This used to be one of my favorite Panera locations but recently the service has deteriorated tremendously. They have literally messed up my order 3x in a week and a half. The first time i was given a voucher. I used the voucher for another purchase and the order was messed up. I decided to just let it slide then they messed up my order once again a third time and i emailed them provided the receipt and pictures informed the manager i wanted a refund and he stated i should come bk to the location and give the meal back to get a refund which i was willing to do but honestly the evidence was in the receipt and picture i should have just been refunded the sandwich. This place is a joke and i will be contacting corporate regarding it. Terrible customer service. I only gave it a 2 bc the service was great a month ago.
This location never, EVER has soufflés. As a previous Panera baker, I know that the soufflés are prepped by their bakers and need to be baked throughout the morning as the supply runs low. This location is apparently too “busy” no cars ever in the parking lot probably because they have terrible service and never makes the soufflés. I’m talking between me and my husband, I’ve been to this location probably 15 times for a soufflé between the hours of 7-10 am and they have not had any baked a single time. Panera corporate, look into the quality and processes that this location is following or honestly NOT following
Just order my food and found a hair in the sandwich, and this is not the first time. I’m gonna post the pic everywhere so no one will go to this location. I need a full refund right now.
Very easy to order via grubhub and picked up thry the drive thru since it was snowing like crazy. Food is great as always, the soups are wonderful! Very quick, friendly service!Takeout: Yes
A picture perfect breakfast for a dynamic day of frenetic activity. The breakfast sausage and egg sandwich was scrumptious. The fresh roasted java, an eyeopener and mind scrubber. Quiet atmosphere seasoned with faint rays of dawning light. Go for it!Food: 5/5
