Panera was ok. I got soup and a side of bread. Food was good, drink was good. Seats were sticky and service was 6/10. Not bad. Edit: I upgraded the ratings. Not the cleanest Panera but the food is good, been coming here a bit after work.
Love my morning visit here on weekends. Great coffee. Just sit and relax, close to home. I know it's a big box brand, but there are no local coffee shops nearby.Food: 5/5
Ordered a turkey, bacon, avocado, and lettuce sandwich. Not at all disappointed. I should have ordered a half sandwich, as these are about 6 to 8 inches wide! I ordered the avocado on the side with extra in order to put the amount I like on myself. The crust on the bread was slightly tough, as in you had to rip it and could not bite it apart, but I cannot seem to knock a star off for that. It was still delicious! The drive thru employee was awesome despite being very busy. She even answered my questions, though I know I flustered her a bit when I requested the total of the next person in line to pay it forward. Oh, and try their kitchen sink cookies! They are amazing!
I just have to give a amazing job to the staff at this location ordered food online and there was a whole mess with doordash the manager Samantha went above and beyond to make sure she figured out what happened and when they remade our order that doordash failed to deliver the first time she wrote a not apologizing about everything and gave us some cookies! It’s little things like that you don’t see often!
Environment is order, pay, and GTFO. First expierence of drive through while breakfast time: >Beware of asking menu questions and beware of up charges. >My order came out of as "I thought you said you said this" senerio so i know in my order processed i wasn't being heard. >Being patient and saying please and thank you won't get you a good service experience. >Drink was corrected and window shut on my face while i asked for a straw she heard me and opened again and gave it to me >Food always good I'll come back for sure but these people be looking at you stupid because you are kindly asking if they can help you fix a drink or have a tone when answering questions. Not only representing yourself but the Panera culture. Thank you for reading. People have bad days but I don't bring it/let it affect my work or vice-versa to my home.

Placed an order for a business meeting that will be taking place tomorrow morning at 8:00. I ordered 2 braided pecan twist, 2 blueberry scones, a dozen and a half bagel tray picked flavors, half a dozen bagelsagain I chose the flavors, a tub of plain cream cheese, and 4 walnut flavor cream cheeses because they were out of the tubs. My husband went to pick it up for me and did curb side pickup. When he got home he said that the employee said that they were out of some of the flavors that i ordered SSI he substituted with what they had. Upon checking my order I found 9 plain bagelsI ordered 6, 7 blueberry bagels I ordered 5, and 3 lemon danishes I didn't even order those. I didn't receive the correct amount of bagels needed for my meeting and was forced to purchase a different meal for my early morning meeting. They should have never accepted my order if they couldn't fulfill it correctly. Needless to say, I'll be returning the order tomorrow morning before my meeting! Plus to add insult to injury, the bagels were just thrown in a box without being bagged. Terrible service; bagels looked disgusting. Will not order from this location again even though its located only 10 minutes from my residence.
I’ve always enjoyed the food up until today. I purchased a cold brew drink and it had small pieces of paper and foil throughout it. I understand mistakes happen and I no longer wanted the drink so we returned for a refund. When requesting a refund instead of a replacement, the manager pulled cash from the drawer, pushed it into my fiancés hand with an attitude and slammed the window shut.
I ordered from the pick 2 section. Soup was good. Sandwich was trash. Everything was piled on one side, instead of already evenly. Clearly, this isn't the extra mayo I ordered. I should have stuck with subway. Darn me, for trying something new.
Very thing is made correctly to order. The staff is really nice. The only complaint they don't have any kiosk. Everything else is perfectFood: 5/5
