South Aiken Bi-Lo

One of the few places that always has lactaid milk & fairlife chocolate milk...lactose free. Its pricey no matter where you go...but this place always manages to keep it in stock. And, with a son who would otherwise be sick if he drank regular milk this is much appreciated!! BOGO'S all the time. The fruit & veggie section ALWAYS GREAT DEALS...& I seldom find spoiled product like some of the other stores. BEST OF ALL....I'm not basically forced into a self check out line. Yeah if I got one or 2 thing okay.... but going to places like Krogers is just not worth it anymore....I get rewards, someone to check me out, good deals, & a smile behind the register....BI-LO IS YES IN MY BOOK!!!

Love this place. The layout is easy to work, the butcher shop always has what I need, and they offer the same fuel points promotion through Shell that Kroger does. When I don't feel like going to Krazy Kroger which is often, this is my number one stop.

Nice clean supermarket. Employees were very helpful. Selection was acceptable even though it was in certain cases limited. Lines for checkout moved rapidly, especially when compared competitors in the area. I recommend and will return in the future.

Store is always clean, produce is always fresh and the employees are nice, friendly and willing to help. Transfered a few management out and brought old and new ones in.......what a pleasant shopping experience my Hometown Bi-lo offers. Mr. Hubert goes above and beyond for all customers......New store manager is nice, friendly and goes out of his way to make make your grocery shopping easy and employees are always polite and upbeat.

Good all around grocery store. Produce is nice and fresh, as is their meat case. Not as extensive a variety as Kroger, but they cover the basics and then some. Generally competitive prices. Helpful employees too!

Very unhappy with my visit to the store.we have been shopping here for the last several months because we are trying to avoid more crowded places do to COVID-19. We spend on average of 200 a week there. play I noticed they had digital coupons for to the items that I was going to purchase. I was not able to find the digital coupons on the app so I asked management. They were not able to locate either. both managers basically threw their hands up in the air and said there was nothing they could do and turned and walked away. I was stunned. I have seen managers make adjustments at the register before.i would have thought they would go in and manually adjusted the price to make it right. I will no longer be shopping with BI-LO.

It is nice that they have designated hours for seniors, but we were there at opening and the shelves were mostly empty. The stocking clerks were working as fast as they coukd. They need to adjust their schedules to come in 2-3 hours earlier to have the shelves stocked for the seniors.

I worked here and it was the worst job I ever had. Gayle the manager is very unprofessional and talks bad about the people she hires. She’s very messy and needs to be reported to HR. She is the main hiring manager and she claims to work with your schedule but will give you a lot of attitude if SHE made a mistake and scheduled you for times you told her would not work for you. I do not recommend supporting this grocery store.

Good prices, friendly staff. Clean store. The selection is small though. I'd love to see them start carrying better wine, acne wash and Scott's bbq sauce! I have to order these items online.

Prices were reasonable, store was clean and organized. I don't shop there often, so took longer to find what I wanted. I was in tonight about 7:15pm, my compliments to the girl at customer service.
