The employees are great. Panera in general is way overpriced. You expect more and get less. $26 for a sorry chicken sandwich and a french onion soup bread bowl. 25 Dollars for some sorry chicken sandwich!! No more! I'm done with Panera forever. Go to fast food heaven Panera. Everyone looks at the pictures of the food. Then look at the prices. Done!
I usually love Panera! But lately I've been a bit disillusioned with their increasing prices and just normal quality of food. If I'm going to pay close to $14 or $15 for a pick two I would like a substantial amount of lettuce, salad, or soup. And paying $9 for a cream of chicken soup that I feel should be more like six or seven dollars is a bit disheartening.
I was so discouraged from eating here because people always said you got to pay more but get less but I'm glad I tried them because the food was delicious I love the broccoli soup the turkey sandwich is good and I love that they come with fruit cup and or chips. However the tuna sandwich is salty and the bread is hardFood: 5/5
During my visit, I experience good customer service. This is actually my second time visiting this Panera location and asking about a Vegan option. An employee suggests a custom sandwich order which consists of Avocado, cucumbers, greens, and onions. The sandwich comes with a surprise, a random hint of jam, which offers a sweet flavor I appreciate in the sandwich and that I actually want more of with every passing bite without it. The chips are tasty, light enough to eat a bag or two.
Just paid $12 for a sandwich with no meat. Panera bread is the absolute worst.Food: 1/5
Way too unprofessional here and they are understaffed. You order on DoorDash, and still have to stand up in a long as$ line. When you ask the cashier where to pick up the order, common sense will tell you to just give the customer the order, but instead you will get an attitude because they either dont like you for whatever personal reasons, or are just miserable at the job. They are terrible at this location. This is the second time this has happened. What a joke.
I got the Mexican soup and the chicken sandwich. The soup was nice, but I did expect more from the sandwich. It was just chicken and potato chips with a lot of sauce, and the lemonade was way too sour. Will I visit again? Yes, but I'll stick to the bakery section Parking: There was lots of parking, but with the construction going on, you have to be careful and follow the signs
the people who work there are really sweet very friendly and helpful two rating is because of the steak sandwich that simply does not have sufficient ingredients to make it more than a bread sandwich . sharing pics so management can see the turkey chili is delicious and that fontega chicken sandwich is amazing pass on that cheap steak sandwich!
This is for the West Orange location. Great staff and service. I always get my all time favorite salad to go. Decided to dine-in. This is their fuji apple salad with chicken whole, not half and a side of baguette. The meal was absolutely beautiful and perfect. It was a gorgeous day and this made it even better. PAUSE. Sadly, had a disappointing find in my salad. For what looked like molded greens. Management was very courteous and tried to right the wrong. I was more bummed about not finishing the salad. Took a couple of days off from my fave. I'll be back..TBD
This is my go to Panera in addition to the Edison one in NJ. The staff are always Nice and accommodating if you have any issues with the food and the portions are good. I’ve gone to many other paneras in different states And the ones in New Jersey seem to be really good and especially the West Orange one. I love it that they have Wi-Fi and a Fireplace and comfortable seats. My egg white breakfast sándwich was amazing on a bagel.
