When I ordered my shorts they came with a small hole. I emailed the store and KarLee was so helpful! They sent me a new pair of shorts and they were delivered in 1 day. Great customer service!!!
Ava, Will and Audrey were so kind!! We got some Christmas presents unbeknownst to them and we finished shopping right at closing time. I asked if they could wrap them for me….they said yes absolutely!! In 5-7 minutes they were done with wrapping and I was on my merry way: These guys killed it today! Thank you Ava, Will & Audrey! May God bless y’all this holiday season!
pro tip - maybe don’t body shame the girl buying her size which is a size small, I know my own size by asking if I’m 100% sure that it’s going to fit my body and give me a one over and an eye roll when the girl at the register is no where near my size and body type. This was all because I was waiting to be checked out and someone else noticed that I was standing there and she had to stop talking. Will never go back horrible experience.
I LOVED this store, but today was strike 3 for me. They have the cutest items for my daughters and myself . I gave it 1 star because whenever I’m there , and I happen to walk by the jewelry, the cashier conveniently pretends to organize in that area , as if I may steal. It’s a different cashier each time. I’ve visited the store 3 times , and this has happened each time. I don’t know if it’s because I’m black, or if that’s just what they were told to do, but it’s very upsetting that this has happened to me more than once . I won’t be back.
Great staff and great store!!! The selection has a variety of items for every person!! One of their staff members, Caitlin was her name I think, helped me pick out the perfect gift for my husband. She was so helpful and walked me through the store to make sure I saw everything in it!!! Great location too. Easy parking, etc
My wife, Michelle absolutely loves this store. She is always finding the latest trends for my daughter and herself. The store carries high quality name brands in footwear and clothing for both women and men. The staff is so friendly and willing to help you find your size and give their opinion about the fit of the garments. Well worth visiting !
Great clothes, good vibe, overall great experience. They carry my favorite brands like jonnie-o and vintage summer, unlike other stores near by. They offer a selection of clothes unlike any other store in the 256
My husband and I were here the other day. We asked one of the employees if they ever get any more Auburn merchandise in and she scoffed/laughed at the question and rudely said no. I don't care if you're an Alabama fan or an Auburn fan, if you work in an establishment where both Auburn and Alabama items are sold, then you need to show some respect to the customer, no matter what. We went in here prepared to spend money on gifts for friends and family but now we definitely will not be back.
Love this store! They always have quality stuff at affordable prices. Katie and Mary Beth were both very sweet and were of such help to us this evening!
