Paolucci Jewelers, established in 1985, is a full service jewelry store. Owners Thomas and Mary Manno have a combined 47 years experience in the jewelry industry. We offer a wide array of hand crafted jewelry in platinum, 18kt and 14kt gold. Our specialties include diamond engagement rings, diamond remounts, custom work, and assorted precious and semi-precious genuine gemstones. At Paolucci Jewelers there is a large selection of prestigious jewelry by Camelot Bridal, Spark Creations, Ivan Alan Jewels, Elma Gil, as well as many others. The watch lines available are Tissot, Seiko and Citizen. Fine gifts include Lladró Porcelain Figurines and Swarovski Crystal. Paolucci Jewelers is also an authorized Pandora Gold dealer.

Paolucci Jewelers has been in business since the mid-1980's. They are a customer centric business focused on delivering good value for money spent. You receive knowledgeable and honest advice on your purchases. They aren't cheap, but the value received is worth the price you pay.
Incredibly quick service. Detailed work. Wonderful input and recommendations. The ring we had fixed and resized looks BRAND new. Beautiful diamond quality that was replaced with new strong prongs. This small family owned business deserves the BEST recognition and I hope they’re here to stay for future business! Thank you so much!
I would recommend this store to anyone! I went in and asked if they could untangle my necklace. It was SUPER knotted and the chain was tangled in multiple spots. They were able to quickly untangle my necklace free of charge within a day! They were super nice and friendly and they even had a dog in the store when I dropped my necklace off! I will definitely be telling my friends about this place! I could not be happier with their service :
I can’t begin to tell you how happy I am with the fabulous results. I came in with a ring I had for 20 yrs and asked for an update. They took my gold ring with an oval diamond and transformed it to this spectacular piece that I love. In addition they were able to make me a beautiful pair of earrings from the extra diamonds. After an absolutely terrible experience at Jared Jewelers in Bolingbrook, several people on Facebook STRONGLY suggested I go to this jeweler. I am SO glad I did! The proprietors, Tom and Mary are nice, accommodating and above all, very honest and fair! From the minute I walked in with my inexpensive repair, I was made to feel I was as important as someone buying a 5 carat diamond ring. Both are so knowledgeable about their trade, too. Tom forewarned me about a piece of my gold jewelry that was wearing down, and that I may want to consider getting it beefed up with more gold in the near future. There were no scare tactics, no pressure to take care of it today, just an honest jeweler's insight and good advice. After spending time with the owners, I feel there is more to the one star reviews some people gave... I used to be in business and I've learned that you just can't make some people happy, no matter how hard you try. I have to think those bad reviews came from people who walked in with an attitude. These are the nicest people and they are fair. Only charged me $8 for what Jared wanted $99. When you need jewelry, whether new or repaired, at least go meet with them and see for yourself. You don't have to buy from them, but I'm pretty sure you will and be glad you did! Thanks, again, Tom and Mary!
I have brought my jewelry there for many years for a different types of repairs and I'm always happy. Just last week I dropped off my necklace to be fixed, I went to pick it up, and THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME!! I couldn't believe it. Thank you
When I tried to return a cross that had been bought TWO days earlier, the woman at Paolucci gave me total attitude. TWICE she said, I’m doing you a favor by not charging you a re-stocking fee. She was rude and annoyed that I was returning something after we were told it WOULD NOT be a problem at all if we needed to return it.
The employees at Paolucci Jewelers are always welcoming when I go in. I was looking for a Valentine’s Day gift for my girlfriend yesterday and they helped me pick out the perfect necklace and earrings pair. & their dog is adorable! Always a great experience here. I recommend them to everyone.
What a great experience! Not only did they do an incredible job fixing my chain but they even managed to get it done sooner than I was expecting! I would highly recommend for any of your jewelry needs.
