We ordered today  from papa gino’s in fairhaven, not happy at all had a cheesy bread, burnt meat lovers, cheese pizza and a a works pizza, the woman who took order was kinda like rushing the order and to have the pizza for as much as they cost not acceptable! Good thing one don’t do much cheese ! cheesy bread did  not have enough cheese… very disappointed sorry.   Don’t know who it went under but that clixxy isn’t who  I. Am

Great pizza, and great customer service! They even offer a gluten free crust which is amazing! It was my first time ordering Papa Gino's and I will definitely be coming back!!

The papa Gino's in fairfaven and fall River are in major need of a redo the inside both locations have a bad old smell as soon as you walk in u get an order of an old smell and it ain't pizza the wood is old and scummy and falling apart  and the decor is really old and walking into the rest room there is a bad bad smell like something died. With there only being a few locations left they should most def upgrade the inside and have a grand opening we are in 2023 now

I normally like papa ginos....would be nice if you fixed your app. It does not work. It will not send verification number to phone. I finally gave up and ordered elsewhere.

I always order here for my family. Very honest and respectful people. Good is always fresh on delivery. While paying my bill I added a15% to to your driver and I gave the driver 20.00 to give to my server Madison for her exceptional customer service. Thank you all for you time and patience. 52 pleasant st.

I don't know who this new manager is or whats going on over there but tonight I waited over an hour for a bbq chicken pizza. Got a cold plain pizza instead, waited another 40 minutes for this disgusting under-cooked messed. Then got attitude on the phone by the "person in charge" that "made the pizza herself" well guys you tell me does this look appetizing to you? It's cheese is under-cooked and slide to one side. barely any bbq sauce or chicken on it anyway....  I really hope the credit I asked for doesn't go through so I have a reason to go to corporate. Wont be eating here for a very long time.

I'm loving the pizza haven't had it in a long time but tried it again and it's great.

Stopping by is the best option, the food is worth the wait! And thank the hard working people that make your Papa Gino’s :  Vegetarian options: Best vegetarian options for sureee!!!!!!

I have to say while I'm okay with the pizza at this Papa Gino's this review isn't really about that.    Whenever I go to a place if the service is great I try to give a shoutout to the person providing it and the last few times my mom and I gone to get lunch or dinner we have had a great experience while being waited on by Caroline!   Caroline always has a smile on and is really attentive.  What a sweetheart! Last time we went I asked for extra ketchup and boy did Caroline give us extra ketchup.  Like 5 packets and then tossed on 5 or 6 extra napkins. OH,and didn't mind when I went back and asked for salt.   The pizza is okay and the team there is great. Especially Caroline!

Ordered a large cheese pizza to be delivered. I was at the Hampton Inn in Fairhaven, MA for an event. You can practically see the restaurant from the window. It took 40 minutes for the pizza to arrive. The pizza itself was burned, cold and dry. It was like eating cardboard. I will never order from there again.
