The marinara cups for the cheesebread could be filled more than halfway full for the price thats charged for extra.
There seems to be a real management issue at this location. It really affects quality and wait time.
Waited 10 minutes before anyone started making my pizza- with four employees in the store. Got home and unwrapped to bake and was hit by the stench of rotting mushrooms. There was almost zero sauce on the pizza. Truly terrible product. Never again.
Do not order online. They get your order wrong every time. I ordered no mushrooms on the entire pizza...there were mushrooms on the entire pizza...I also specified only artichokes on half the pizza...and there were artichokes on the entire pizza. What a waste of time, ordering online, when they just ignore the order. Second time this happened. Next time I will call and see if verbal orders make any difference
Edit: July 2018 Management must have noticed the issue of needing more workers. We have been here a few times recently and there is no problems with Staffing. everyone is friendly and they have enough on hand to keep people slowing through the line. I love Papa Murphy's and and I'm really happy that it seems like this location is doing well now. In all caps HIRE *MORE WORKERS* I have actually watched potential customers walk out because of the long wait time. Pizza always tastes great. They accommodate all of your requests and do a good job making your pizza. We will be back anyway, because the workers are great.

One of my favorite places to get pizza! LOVE the Mediterranean salad, and also love how everything is made fresh right in front of you. The staff are friendly, and if I know it's going to be a busy time, like a Friday night, I will pre-order online so I can just walk in and get it right away when I'm ready.
I went in today with my son that is 5. The people there were great with him. He was watching them work and they answered questions and showed him how to fold the little boxes. As a dad is is Great to see people interact with us. Thank you.
Normally when I go into this place it is fast but today was not the case. First when I went in I was told the card machine was down so I had to go to the gas station to take money out and go back there. Once I came back they were so backed up with orders that I waited about 45 mins for my order. They said that they were having problems with the internet and their machine. The pizza was good but I think the wait time was a bit much.
If I call in an order and you tell me it will be ready in 15-20 minutes, I expect it to be ready when I get there 25 minutes later. If it's going to be longer, just tell me so I don't have to sit there and wait I'll come get it when it's actually ready.
