Pie Baking Instructions From Frozen
Bake From Frozen
Pre-Heat Oven to 375 degrees. Put the Pie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Fruit pies with a double crust generally bake in 50-65 min *Apple pie bakes in about 90 min. Custard style pies bake for 55-65 min *Pecan Crumb Top Pumpkin bake for 75-80 min. Cookie style pies bake in 35-45 min. Crumb top pies, need to be covered with aluminum foil for 45 min; then remove the foil, fluff up topping with fork, and continue baking uncovered for an additional 60 min. May take close to 2 hours to bake depending on your oven. The fruit should be tender when tested with a knife. It is very important to let any of these pies cool completely before slicing. Ovens do vary so it’s good to keep an eye on your pie as it bakes, and adjust baking times as needed
