As usual paradise funeral home located at 10401 West Montgomery Rd. proves to be one of the best if not the best when planning services for your love ones. They are very professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with while handling your funeral arrangements. What I love most of all is the fact that there is never a moment that you feel uncomfortable nor pressured the atmosphere is so pleasant you can make decisions on what you want and how you want it. I just can’t express in words why I have chosen this funeral home over others for the pass 23 years to handle my family’s burials needs. I also would like to mention and thank Ms. Roxanna Martinez for her professionalism and for handling all situation accordingly, hats off to the entire staff for your services to the community and elsewhere keep up the great job you all are doing and may your business continue to grow I wish it was a way to give you guys Five Stars 100 X over so Five Stars + will have to do
Mr. Clarence and the entire staff at Paradise North Funeral Home were absolutely amazing in the service rendered for my father Darrell Balls Celebration of life. Everything from planning to decor. Numerous calls and e-mails from myself to ensure everything should be perfect were answered with the promptness! Whether you want a round table style funeral with amazing centerpieces or a Cowboy’s Last Ride celebration call Paradise and ask for Mr. Clarence and tell Angela Balls-Aldridge sent you, if he runs the other direction call mehumor! I had the recent pleasure of working with Mr. Todd, and let me tell you, I was absolutely thrilled to hear that he was back in the office after his vacation. I've had the opportunity to work with him before, and I can confidently say that he always delivers exceptional results. His customer service skills are truly outstanding, and he has this remarkable ability to handle any issue with grace and professionalism. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the experience of working with him.
Disheartening Experience with Funeral Services I recently had the unfortunate experience of utilizing Paradise Funeral Home for my mother's funeral service, and I must express my deep disappointment with the overall quality of the arrangements and presentation. The initial impressions were jarring, as my mother's makeup was noticeably smeared, and her hair, which had been meticulously styled the day before, looked disheveled and far from how it had been intended. This stark contrast between her appearance on the day of the funeral and the day before was distressing. Additionally, the physical condition of my mother's body was not up to the standard one would expect for a funeral service. Her body appeared sunken in the middle, which was a distressing sight for my family and friends who attended the service to pay their respects. In what added to my dissatisfaction, someone within the funeral home had taken flowers that were meant for the family, removed the accompanying card, and used them for the sign-in book display. This careless act felt disrespectful and showed a lack of consideration for the grieving family's feelings during such a difficult time. Overall, witnessing the state of my mother's appearance and the mishandling of the flowers was deeply disheartening and compounded the grief my family and I were already experiencing. The importance of a funeral service lies in providing a dignified and respectful farewell to our loved ones, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short of those expectations. In conclusion, my experience with Paradise Funeral Home marred by subpar attention to detail, a lack of respect for our family's emotional state, and a general lack of professionalism. I sincerely hope that my feedback will serve as an opportunity for improvement and reflection for the funeral home, and that others will be spared from enduring such a disappointing and distressing experience in the future.
Paradise cemetery provide services for my Stepfather Tommy Lee Braggs on 17, July 2023. The services were exceptional, the level of care and attention to detail were above and beyond what was required. I would highly recommend their services to anyone, searching for a dedicated staff and management team. Roxanne, insured, that all of the wishes of my mother were followed and made sure that all procedures and protocols were followed by company policy in efforts to provide comfort to the loved ones of the deceased, as they deal with these trying and unfortunate times. Roxanne was exceptional in mitigating, and removing all sideline distractions with professionalism and courtesy, to allow for the family to get through this process seamlessly free of confusion and disorder. Thanks again to Paradise cemetery. Especially to Mrs. Roxanne.
Roxanna was AMAZING!!! Our family experienced issues with the assigned Director. After escalating the matter I was connected to the office manager Roxanna who went above and beyond. From the beginning Roxanna made sure to keep me involved throughout every step. Roxanna involved the manager Aundray and had my father’s cremation scheduled and done all in a matter of a week. I was impressed by the warmth and kindness she displayed towards our family and her ability to GET THINGS DONE! Not only is she diligent and has a great work ethic but the warmth that she displayed made us feel like family. She was able to help change our experience into a good one. Thank you Roxanna for taking your time to help us during this difficult time. We appreciate you!
I lost my husband July 25 2023 during the toughest time of my life the cemeteries employee made everything so bearable and quiet pleasant. she held my hand and walked me through everything. they also honored my request the day of. I can go on about my experience and I will not hesitate to be a customer again when needed. thanks for everything
I NEED THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT TO CONTACT ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Please do not bring your loved ones to this place. If you do not have all the money they will drag their feet on have any services done. They will not provide you with different options for services for your family member. The manager is very rude and disrespectful and insensitive to the death of a family member. The manager will go behind your back and do things with other family members and inform you after. My mom passed away at my home and she went behind my back and created another contract with a family member and told me after. She did not call me and ask me to be present for this meeting she had with a family member behind my back. I just want what best for my mom. Also she threatened to call the cops on me if I come up there because she did not want to listen to me on the phone. So my family member will not have any services because I am not signing nothing
Considering the circumstances, my overall experience at Paradise North was excellent! From expressing condolences to Clarence’s funeral director expertise to the final preparations of my mom, I was pleased. Thanks for providing excellent service.
Everyone was so sweet and patient. Any questions or concerns I had, they had the answers. They work with you on everything and I want to thank Ms. Linda for reaching out to check on me after I laid my beautiful boy to rest.
