Paradise Pet Grooming

Got both dogs back traumatized. Our puppy that this was his first hair cut has trauma to his eye. Can’t open it and it’s blood shot. Our other dog that is only 5 lbs was apparently gashed with scissors on his leg and looks like they got a piece of skin. He was bleeding. Will NEVER take my dogs back. They also had the never to tell my husband our puppy needed training and he got in trouble by them and he learned real quick he wasn’t the boss!!! Ummmmm what???!!!! He’s a puppy and this was his first time to be dropped off for a haircut and with people he doesn’t know. The experience should be a loving environment. If it wasn’t then I’m sure he was scared!

Reasonably priced and I've never had an issue in the 15yrs I've been going there.

Friendly staff that is great with my dogs. They always do a terrific job at a fair price.

Stopped in to get my cat & dog’s nails trimmed and Victor was amazing with the animals. There is a family feel with the staff and customer service was 5 stars. We are very pleased and will use their services more often.

Omg I can’t express how grateful I am for the own of this shop. I was driving in from Dallas last minute & my dog missed her grooming appointment back home I gave this shop a call & she gladly set my puppy appointment for next day. Omg no other shop has ever groomed my dog so well I was shocked & happy to see how good my baby looked! Now every time I come to Shreveport I’m taking her here Thank you Paradise Groomers You guys are the best

They do a great job. Very friendly.

They treat our Lyric so well. They are very courteous. The owner is kind and tries to accommodate us even when we are in a rush. This is the only place my husband trusts. When our old groomer, Regina's moved out of town we were so happy to find this place.

I have a toy poodle and I like a “pattern” cut. I tried another place and they really messed her up! Tropical paradise did a wonderful job. I have returned 3 times and they have done a wonderful job!
