Had a package ship here and completely forgot about due to my busy schedule but Dale was kind enough to call and remind me that if it wasn't picked up it would be sent back to DHL. So I drove down to the location and he was helpful and told me what to do in the future if any packages were shipped here. Very helpful guy and very thankful he didn't send it back and called to remind me! Thanks Dale!
Half my package got sent on the 4th day. They others are still there. Going on to the 5th day now. One person "the owner "running the place. All my plants will start to die on the 7th day. Errrrr
I'm so glad I saw this place while I was driving to a FedEx office. It's so close to home and I'm happier supporting local businesses anyway. I needed a visa application sent overnight to Houston and the guy working there was so helpful I didn't catch his name and not sure if he's the owner or another employee. I was nervous about getting everything in order but he helped me and gave me an envelope to hold my passport and paperwork together just in case something happened to damage or open the FedEx envelope.
Did LiveScan here. Faster than most locations. The only things I found weird is that they don’t have hand sanitizer you have to use your own, and that if you refuse a copy the first time, they mark it up to $10 instead of $1.
Jay was nice and provided excellent service. Went in for a passport picture and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. He also took multiple pictures to make sure I was happy with the picture i was going to be submitting. Can't beat his prices too.
Cozy business in Anaheim ca. The managers " Jay and wife Kay " are very nice and professional people. Very helpful and easy to work with. Usps based company. A trusted name we can all believe in. Great place for all your mailing ,shipping, safe boxes, printing, faxing needs and much much more. Located on state college blvd. And Lincoln st. In the heart of beautiful Anaheim California.I do recommend them please give them a try there a great place with great people.I was born and raised in Anaheim California so I am a native of Anaheim and only recommend good things from Anaheim. This is a good one.
When I called to get a price quote for DHL, they told me be $100. Once at the store it turned out being $150! There is usually a small difference between the quote and the final price, but a $50 difference is just ridiculous! I wasn't able to send my documents because of this.
Ive been going in every month for over 7 yrs now for different things money orders, notary ,stamps,envelopes,copies,for computer use and even to buy bus passes for my kids to take bus to school ..great costumer service owner and wife always great me and kids by name .. Wonderful good ppl .. We recently moved outta area but I don't mind driving just to come to this mail center ..I know my mail and all I do is absolutely safe .. Highly recommend it
It was nice experience, provided excellent service. Went in for parcel service and my parcel delivered before time to my destination.
Call for a price and then when you get there they give you a different price.
