WORST APARTMENTS EVER! Moved in about a year ago despite the bad reviews and it’s been exactly how other people have described. As soon as we moved in the roaches were EVERYWHERE we weren’t even moved in 5 hours before we started seeing roaches in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. Management sucks and so do the leasing agents they are rude and disrespectful. The maintenance staff NEVER come or you have to keep calling them to send someone out. Everything is falling apart or damn near broken in the apartments and they have the nerve to raise rent. Not only did we have roaches we’ve also seen a few rats and we’ve notified them once again and nothing was done. There was a whole in the wall that they were coming from that we had to patch ourselves so that rats weren’t crawling around the apartment. Do Not Move Here!!!! You’ll regret it. Everything about this apartment complex IS DISGUSTING.

Everyone has there own experience. It all depends what buildings you live in. I've only seen the most 3 small roaches in my apartment and that's when i first moved in it all depends how good you clean the apartment and what you're doing to prevent them. I don't hear my neighbors at all is very quiet. The staff are really good and i have no complaints what so ever. My building is clean i live in 1911. I gave a 4 star because i wish only people who live here can park here and if you don't have a sticker you couldn't because i never find close parking when i get home from work late. Other than that i enjoy living here with no complaints.

I want to give a more positive review about this place. It has a lot of negative reviews and I feel that an open, honest review of someone impartial is deserved. #1 - the cockroaches are a real problem at this location. Unfortunately, it is a widespread problem across most of this area outside of Tampa. It is true that management literally would have to demolish and rebuild all their buildings to properly combat the bug problem. I lived here for a year. I saw bugs constantly, but only one here and there. I took many precautions, putting tape around power outlets, buying child-proof covers of power sockets, tape around pipes coming out of the wall, etc. It helped, but the nests were never eradicated. #2. The staff is by and large a wonderful, understanding group of people. They understand the problems of this place and really to try to help everyone be accommodating. #3. Sometimes I had to wait weeks, sometimes a couple days, for maintenance requests. If the owners were able to invest more money into hiring maintenance crews these would be addressed more quickly. So they all have to make do best with what they have. Conclusion: amazing location close to most major areas of Brandon, and the apartments themselves actually are quite nice, however, the bug problem can not be eradicated without complete demolition and rebuilding. If you don't mind squashing a bug here and there, you can easily make this your new home. I just don't see anyone living here for several years or more.

Maintenance requires you to go down and complain at the office that your shower isn't running or your toilet is broken, even after waiting WEEKS for maintenance you have to go down to the office and practically beg for a guy to come up, then they'll come within 3 days... Roaches are a huge problem, and no matter what they say they do they continue to be a huge problem. Don't live here. UPDATE: its been over 60 days since we vacated the apartment, have yet to see my deposit, after contacting their corporate office several times. Legal action shouldn't be required to receive your money.

I give a 5 star because this apartments are very good and very well maintained of. My apartment I live in is 1911 is very well maintained Clean and there isn't roaches in my apartment. If you have roaches you have to find a way to prevent them, always deep clean your apartment. The staff and maintenance Guys are amazing never had no complaints. The parking is a little hectic but everyone is friendly and hardly hear anything. You can make this your place.

STAY AWAY!!! Check crime reports, there’s a reason why it’s only a 1 star review place. Look at vehicle break ins, kids will smoke pot at the pool right next to you. The office don’t care. Everything in here is broken. Dryer takes 3 cycles to dry, all windows leak, refrigerator/freezer barely work so expect a much higher electric bill. You could rent a much nicer place for what you will end up spending. The roaches are terrible. I brought my own pest control out of my pocket $$$$!!!! The pool is nice however half of Brandon comes in because the security gates don’t work. The gym needs to be 24 hours. I regret signing a year lease here!!!! Can’t wait to get out..... See the lovely office in the background??? Just look past all the garbage.....

I have lived here since 2011 and at first it wasn't so bad because it was cheap and you get what you pay for. In just over 4 years they have raised rent by $200 a month and the place is still a dump. I don't have a problem with roaches, anymore, but I've had to call for weeks to get any maintenance done and as far as the lighting on the exterior of the building, it hasn't worked in over 8 months. It's so dark in the parking lot I had all 4 of my tires stolen off my car parked right next to the building. They have one trash compactor for this huge complex and it's always filthy and infested with raccoons. They will chase you even in daylight. The gates finally work after more than a year but many times the codes don't work and you have to wait for another resident to exit so you can enter. The entrances and hallways to the buildings are full of trash most of the time and no one ever comes to clean the hallways. I've done them and the stairwells myself once a month for the past three years. I have complained about the lighting every week or two for months and they keep saying the work order is in but nothing is ever fixed. I've been a model tenant paying my rent on time, keeping things clean, giving them time to fix things, but they could care less and try to add fees on for everything they can. Look elsewhere before moving here and save yourself the frustration and headache of packing and moving because you will want to be out a few months after moving in.

Management is rude and disrespectful. They say they close at 6pm but they close before. It is infested with roaches and gnats. When you open the door in the morning to walk out, a roach will try to crawl in. It’s trash everywhere and it’s a whole family of raccoon. It’s mold in the apartments, the carpet has a weird smell so you have to keep plug ins. They’ll show you the apartment you suppose to stay in then switch you to another unit when you go back to the leasing office. They’ll say they don’t have another unit to move you to but you see moving trucks all the time. You’ll pay your rent but they’ll still put a notice on your door. The sinks in the bathroom stay clogged and it takes them 2 weeks to fix them. The projects are better than this place. Even the people who help you search for apartments say the don’t like them and they don’t stay there. They need to teach them how to be professional.

Immediately when we moved in we started itching. Like three days in and we pulled back the covers bed bugs everywhere!!!! Furniture lost. We where scared to report due to their rule BEDBUGS = EVICTION. We spent most of our money on moving. We had no option but to smother the best bugs with baking soda, vacuum and deep clean with hot water. We lost our bed, matresses of course and the furniture was new!!! Before the end of our lease roaches where up and down our front door like an army, no spots unfulfilled. We where miserable! AC would break often. Roaches are another breed, they get in the fridge. This whole complex needs to be burnt down and rebuilt.

I recently just moved in to the park at sienna. Haven’t been in the complex for more than 48 hours and there are roaches everywhere! I refuse to live here any longer. I’m going to get my money back so I can get a new apartment. I read the reviews on here and I thought to my self “well maybe it depends on how the neighbors are if they keep things clean or if they keep things dirty” nope every unit in this complex is infested. My first time eating in this house was yesterday and I was eating a slice of cheese pizza. I go to grab my charger and come pack there is a roach on my pizza. Took me 30 seconds to go and grab my charger!! Im done with this place and like I said, I haven’t even lived here for more than 48 hours!! Don’t move in here! Save yourselves the trouble!
