The complex is so beautiful; the upkeep is phenomenal. Tammy, the Assistant Manager, & Michelle, office manager, are wonderful. I had a live changing situation with their assistance, I was helped every step of the way. I can honestly say, The Management Team & Staff truly cares for their tenants.
Nice, quiet, & clean place to live! I moved in November and haven’t had any major issues! Staff is very friendly and helpful! They do so much to help the community food trucks, game nights, and many other events you and your family could enjoy! I would def recommend considering Providence as your place of residence!
I really like these apartments ,when I went there everybody was very professional and welcoming. They answered all of my questions and concerns to the very best ability and were very helpful.If you are trying to look for an apartment here I highly recommend Trovonna she has been a big help to me and my boyfriend and made us feel like we belong there.
I was invited to a pool party thrown by property management and it was very nice, they provided a DJ, alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages and food as well. At the same time the provided a family vibe as well, pool games and such for kids. Very nice
I love Providence Park. This is the best complex I’ve lived in/visited in Columbia. The Food Truck Friday’s and pool party were the highlight of my summer!
Beautiful place … customer service is amazing .. people in the front office are wonderful great support and very nice and respectful.. they welcome you in like family .. also very quiet community. I want to take time out to thank Mr. Tammy, Mr.Bilal and also the property manager Michelle for everything they did for me and my five kids
We went to tour the property and Tammie was so nice and provided great customer service. She wasn’t overly chatty and trying to force us into a lease.
I've been living here at Providence for a few months now and I must say it's been a great experience so far. The office staff Jamie is very friendly and help with anything they possibly can to make your living experience at Providence better. Also the maintenance team Tyrell and Robert are also great, they answer all maintenance request in a timely manner and make sure to successfully fix or repair whatever it is you need. I would definitely recommend this property. Its safe, secure, and the location is great. And also the landscaping is very well kept. It's safe to say I'm highly impressed and satisfied. UPDATE 12/8/2021: Jamie has left and I can already see the decline in professionalism and the property. Hope is rude and I wouldn't trust anything she says, same with Robert as well. Make sure before you sign the lease you know exactly what comes in your unit. Honestly I would record and document anything they say because they'll lie about it later on! Just look elsewhere!
Me and my wife have lived here for over 3 years and its been a wonderful experience. The ladies in the office are so helpful and nice. Jamie has treated us like family and we will truly miss her. The maintenance crew are very professional and eager to help with any needs. Plus the grounds are kept very clean and well manicured. If your looking for a safe secure place to live this is the spot. Thank you providence park
Tammy was very helpful and inviting, she made our transition very easy. The apartment was very clean and warm when we moved in. The complex is well cleaned with nice neighbors'. My family love it here!. Thank you Tammy and the Providence team!
